Pros: This is my first experience with a switch this feature-filled and all i can say is wow. It gets along with my windows server 2008 system and as far as i can tell all the other systems on the network work with it. I have yet to test all the features of it, but i am happy so far. It also fits into my server rack perfectly

Cons: when there is a fan port in the back it might do the swtich well to have a fan there

Overall Review: when it boots up it shows all of your active ports for about 10 seconds and then turns off again to POST........i first thought it was broken but it just has quirky startup behavior
