Rating + 1 Did not get what I ordered.

What is so difficult about sending what I ordered, which was a 120W power cord for HP laptops. I received a 65W instead. The packing slip clearly said 120W. Apparently this company does not know what a Watt is or why it is important, not to mention the connection was wrong.

Rating + 4 Super FAST shipping! Overall good experience.

Was surprised how fast it arrived, it was in 100% working condition, no flaws and super easy to install. My only issue was I ordered the "glossy" version of this keyboard and received the "matte" version. It was still compatible and I needed it ASAP so I will keep it. It works fine, and I am sure the seller would have worked with me to correct their error but it was time sensitive and did not have time to wait for another replacement. I do highly recommend this seller, very fast shipment!! And I am happy with the item I received nonetheless.

Had to have my item shipped to someone else's house because they will,not ship to a PO box. The USPS does not offer any other form of mail delivery in my area this I would have to do this every time I order from New egg

I was happy with the service, delivery time, and price. The down side was
that they sent the wrong fan. Well, maybe the right fan but with the wrong
connection so it was unusable in my computer.

Perfect fit on my Dell Inspiron 15-3520.

Although, the HSF cooler appears to be missing one of its screws, as the bottom one has to be held down at the southbridge as well. What kind of screw do I need to put in to replace that with?

    All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.

Return Instruction

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
