Rating + 1 Wrong part and damage

Got a PS for a Dell OP280 and was not the right one. Also, packaging was poor, they shipped it with a power plug out of the USPS priority envelope because it was cut and when opened noticed the wire stuck in the seal. I will give them one egg only because it did ship out fast. Just sent email to this vendor and waiting a reply. Will follow up if not satisfied. Have a Customer now going to have to wait, only charged $5 over the cost and labor and now I am probably going to have to pay shipping back and now doing the job for noting and paying out of my pocket extra.

My order came in less than 48 hours from when I placed my order and I selected standard shipping.
I have yet to install it because now I am waiting for the newegg-shipped items, but it was safely packaged and arrived new and as ordered.
I am seriously impressed with the speed.

Rating + 1 Misleading Shipping Terms

I paid for 24 hour shipping, which generally means that the order is on the truck or plane and on its way to you tomorrow. It just so happens I needed the product the next day and it was not shipped for 72 hours. It wasn't until I tried to get the order canceled that it was now ready to ship. It arrive within 24 hours of actual shipping. Next time I'll go elsewhere.; but that was still three days late.

Rating + 4 Good Quick Delivery Service

Ordered Lenovo laptop bottom case on Tuesday night and arrived on Friday.Estimated delivery was 5-7 days. Everything appears to be in order. I would have rated five stars, but the tracking number did not allow me to track delivery and did not show departure city/state. Price was very competitive. I am happy.

When I order something I need to know before I proceed with my order how long it will take before the item is delivered, it may cost less to get something from China but time is often more important. I will likely not be ordering again from NewEgg because they did not tell me that this would take over two weeks.

I spoke with a live operator about an issue and they helped direct me to this item. As it turns out, this item was NOT compatible with my laptop as had been described. Trying to return this item.

RMA Policy
    All returns must obtain an RMA # and the RMA # must be written on the outside of the box. Any item returned without an RMA # will be refused.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
