I never received the item I ordered, and for the longest time when I tried to track the UPS package it returned an error saying that tracking number didn't exist. I just tried again & it said the package had already been delivered.

Rating + 1 They sent the wrong brand tapes

I was supposed to get a Panasonic brand tape and was on location at a shoot when the package arrived. I opened the package and ended up receiving a much cheaper brand of tapes. Also, the shipping took an additional day, otherwise I would have gone out to purchase the correct tape from a local store. I will never by from this market place seller again. If I had not had to use what was sent, I would have returned them.

Rating + 5 Fuji Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Blue Instant Camera + 10 Prints

Ordered the Fuji Fujifilm Instax Mini 8 Blue Instant Camera + 10 Prints late at night on 12/9 and received it on 12/14. Product was brand new and exactly as described. Shipping was very fast, especially considering it's the holidays. I even sent the seller an email on the night of the 13th because the USPS tracking number still just said "Pre-shipment Label Created on the 10th." The seller wrote back first thing in the morning and let me know that the tracking number had now been updated and my item was actually already out for delivery! Very happy with my purchase!

Rating + 1 Why is this seller allowed on Newegg?!

How silly am I for not noticing this was an outside vendor and thus noticing all the horrible reviews? Complete mistake. ELEVEN days after shipment info was sent to the post office this seller FINALLY mailed my two - two - CF cards. This after an email from Newegg, which I was cc'd on, at day 7. Off course there was no response. Day 10 I replied all, saying I was going to cancel... low and behold, my cards were mailed at some point the next day. Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in this fact as I only learned about it since I was logging on to Newegg to cancel my order. Completely ridiculous. These cards are needed for weddings, and while I have many others, I don't feel I can rely on them based on other reviews and the overall shadiness of this vendor. While I have dealt with Newegg many times and will return, I will absolutely look much more closely and whom I may be buying from. Huge mistake. I don't understand why Newegg continues to deal with such a terrible third party?

I bought a class 10 SD card of a brand name. The item I received did not work. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund or a replacement. The seller simply ignored my request. No communication, no follow up. Very disappointing!

Rating + 1 Package arrived postage due

My package arrived with $0.93 postage due, after paying $5.99 for shipping for a package that cost $2.86 plus materials to ship. I reported this to NewEgg a week ago today and still have not received a status reply, nor any satisfaction or compensation. I will never order another product that is sold by Continental Photo.

    Basic Returns Information
    We extend a 30 day period from date of receipt for returns and exchanges from New Egg Marketplace, less shipping, handling and any applicable restocking fees**, in accordance with the following conditions:
    1. The item was neither refused at delivery, nor sent back to us as undeliverable. (See Below).
    2. The item is not included in the Return Policy Exceptions that follows this list.
    3. You have contacted customer service and received from them a Return Authorization approval number (RMA).
    4. Merchandise must be returned in original, unused, mint condition, as shipped.
    5. ALL paperwork, instructions, packaging and accessories must be intact, unaltered, or in any way marred.
    6. Warranty cards and registration forms must NOT be filled out.
    7. Item must NOT be over $1200.00 in price, or marked on our site as SPECIAL ORDER (See Below for terms governing these items).
    8. You have NOT been informed, either in writing or by phone, that item will be SPECIALLY ORDERED for you (See Below for terms).
    9. Any damage done to your package in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (ie: UPS).
    10. Customer must request that the carrier examine any damaged package to assure refund or replacement, and all such packaging must be retained by the customer until disposition is made.
    11. If the item has been opened, and is no longer in its original mint condition, restocking fees may be 10% or higher. To obtain specific restocking fees applicable to your return, please contact us at
    12. Please pack all returned merchandise in an outer shipping carton, so that the original product box or package is not defaced, labeled or written on in any way.
    13. Your RMA# should be clearly written on the shipping label.
    14. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
    15. If the return is due to our error, please return the product via UPS Standard Shipping, and we will reimburse you the Standard Shipping expenses incurred, or we will provide you with a pre-paid Shipping Label, at your preference.
    16. Nothing must be written or taped on the product packaging or gift boxes.
    17. A Return Authorization approval number does not guarantee final disposition; all returns are subject to inspection.
    18. **For non-defective items that went out with FREE SHIPPING, the normally calculable Shipping & Handling fees will be deducted from total to be credited back.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
