Fantastically helpful when there was a delivery problem around the holiday system. Quick turn-around, got right back to me when I had to leave a message and in general very professional yet accomodating. Will use this company again.

The item arrived within two business days on standard shipping within the same state (Florida). Item is exactly how it was described and in new (perfect) condition. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely do business again with this seller. Five stars! *****

Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days

- Restocking Fee: 15.00%
RMA Policy
- As of January 1st, 2012 CookWareKing will be charging a 15% restocking fee on all returned, undamaged / unwanted merchandise.
In the past we have ship items over and over again until our customers found something they liked. We do not ship "trial" products; we choose not to operate this way.
Please consider that there is substanial cost in processing order and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products: messages must be answered, emails written, RGA's issued, products recieved and restocked, paperwork processed and mailed, Etc. Therefore a restocking fee is required in order to keep our prices at their lowest.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
