ordered Keurig 2.0 carafe, lid broke when I took it out of the box. Well they do no accept returns or exchanges on this product, even if it was a bad product. WOW I order online ALOT and never again from this company.

Rating + 1 Wrong Item Shipped - Classic Bait and Switch

I was shipped an espresso machine that was not the one that was ordered and paid for. I called Newegg and they told me to contact When I contacted they said they couldn't do anything about it, that I should call Newegg to get the issue resolved. I called Newegg again and they instructed me to send them pictures of box, contents of box and UPC symbol so they could contact to get a return order which could take 7 to 10 days to be obtained. This looks to me like the classic bait and switch. The item I ordered was cheaper at than it was at other sellers (bait). The item I received is lower quality and has less features (switch).

Rating + 2 Takes their time shipping

Placed my order on the 15th, despite showing the product was in stock it wasn't actually shipped until the 20th (without any notice that is was going to be this long), now its going to be late and it's too late to cancel the order. I can't rate the product yet because I haven't received it.

I ordered my first and last product from this cynical seller.
Cheap imported bog-standard dollar-store pallet goods sold a quality product prices.
Shipped also slowly at excessive rates.
What's not to love about them?

Rating + 2 Cooking .com needs to improve communication.

I did receive the item I ordered . However , before it arrived I waited a week wondering what was happening with my purchase . The only notification I received was that the purchase was made . There was no link to track the item. There was no mention of which firm was used to ship it . All I had was an order or transaction number .
I tried asking for info and never heard back from them .
The item did arrive a week after notification of item was shipped .
