Crazy Dog T-shirts was created in 2004 by founder Bill Kingston, in his Ithaca College dorm room, and officially incorporated in 2004. Bill started selling 5-6 simple screenprinted designs as his final project for an e-Commerce class, and when the orders kept rolling in after graduation, Bill kept printing! In 2006, Bill and his wife Brie moved their headquarters from their home in Rochester, NY to a small office space in the city with Bill operating himself full time and Brie Part-Time. By 2012, CrazyDogTshirts.com had moved in to a 7000 square foot shipping warehouse with a full service custom screenprinting facility and currently employees 8 Full Time and 1 Part Time employees.

RETURNS OF APPAREL
If you would like to exchange your apparel, feel free. We accept returns of clean, unwashed, and unworn merchandise apparel within 30 days of purchase for exchange of an item of equal or lesser value (less shipping costs). Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition, including any manufacturer hangtags, stickers, etc. Be patient and give us 2 weeks to complete the exchange or refund process.
When you're returning an item for exchange, make sure you send us back the packing slip with a love note that tells us why you hate what you got, what you'd like in exchange, and any address changes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so you might want to add a tracking number as well! Any price differentials will be charged/credited to your Credit Card or original form of payment (no cash refunds). Ship returns to:

RETURNS OF COSTUMES
Halloween Costumes: We accept returns of costumes on an Exchange Only basis until October 23 (must be postmarked by October 21st). You can choose any other size if in stock or any other costume of equal or lesser value. There is also a $5 reshipment fee per costume on exchanges. Price differentials will be charged/credited to your Credit Card or original form of payment. Please note that orders placed on or after the 23rd of October are final sale, unless you notify us on delivery that the item(s) shipped were damaged in any way. In such cases we ask that you postmark the package within one business day, as we do not accept returns or exchanges of costumes after Halloween. Items returned as postmarked after the 21st of October will be rejected with the postmaster and returned to sender.
If you return something that has been used, worn, washed, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you will not be eligible for an exchange on that item. Please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything as we will not accept incomplete packages for returns under any circumstances. Please be respectful and repackage your costume as nicely as possible.

2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
