I ordered a costume for my daughter on Mon Oct 22 & paid extra for expedited shipping. It was to arrive in 3-5 working days. On Halloween, the 8th working day, it wasn't here. Post office has no record it was ever actually given to them. Absolutely I will not ever order from them again & will tell everyone I know not to also

RETURNS OF APPAREL
If you would like to exchange your apparel, feel free. We accept returns of clean, unwashed, and unworn merchandise apparel within 30 days of purchase for exchange of an item of equal or lesser value (less shipping costs). Replacement orders are shipped upon return of product in a sellable condition, including any manufacturer hangtags, stickers, etc. Be patient and give us 2 weeks to complete the exchange or refund process.
When you're returning an item for exchange, make sure you send us back the packing slip with a love note that tells us why you hate what you got, what you'd like in exchange, and any address changes. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so you might want to add a tracking number as well! Any price differentials will be charged/credited to your Credit Card or original form of payment (no cash refunds). Ship returns to:

RETURNS OF COSTUMES
Halloween Costumes: We accept returns of costumes on an Exchange Only basis until October 23 (must be postmarked by October 21st). You can choose any other size if in stock or any other costume of equal or lesser value. There is also a $5 reshipment fee per costume on exchanges. Price differentials will be charged/credited to your Credit Card or original form of payment. Please note that orders placed on or after the 23rd of October are final sale, unless you notify us on delivery that the item(s) shipped were damaged in any way. In such cases we ask that you postmark the package within one business day, as we do not accept returns or exchanges of costumes after Halloween. Items returned as postmarked after the 21st of October will be rejected with the postmaster and returned to sender.
If you return something that has been used, worn, washed, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you will not be eligible for an exchange on that item. Please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything as we will not accept incomplete packages for returns under any circumstances. Please be respectful and repackage your costume as nicely as possible.

We strongly advise that you get a tracking number for any items coming back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for replacing any items lost in transit where a tracking number is not available on the item to prove return reciept.
