Well, there's [not] a lot to complain about.: Waig , 7/22/2008 5:30:51 PM; First off, I had to actually pay for things. I mean, really? Newegg has the audacity to make me PAY for my products? And after making you suffer through a terrible opening, I'll comment on the two most impressive things about my experience; - Customer Support. Phenomenal. I called just to inquire about when I would be refunded for a canceled order and by the end of a five minute phone call, I had free shipping. - Processing. Ordered at 2PM on a Tuesday, and my order was processed, billed, and ready to be packaged by 2:30PM that same Tuesday. I had a previous experience with Newegg [four years ago when I built my first computer], back when shipping was still 5 days by default. My order was placed on a Monday and by Wednesday, my parts were at my front door in Seattle. Bravo, Newegg! I've never thought of a single thing that could improve the site.

The guy straight out told me he only shops on newegg, I was a big noobie at the time, and so I was scared to even think about ordering from newegg. When I learned more about computers I ordered a power supply from newegg, $50 cheaper than the mentioned store. It has been working for 2 years straight. Later on I wanted to expand by ordering a $300 graphics card. I thought I was risking too much, then I got my graphics card and has done over 350 hours of game time. Newegg not only has the best availability, prices, but also a full team of customer support. They dont leave you in the dirt when you cant get up, they help you through everything. Thank you newegg, your my one stop shop for all things technical.
