Bought an adapter over a month and a half ago, no response from the company past a still invalid tracking number, they won't respond to my emails or pick up the phone.

Company claims to be in the US, this is NOT true, Ordered adapter on
1/8 it is now 1/19, Not only do I not have my adapter, The tracking number provided is a fake and does not work with ANY major carrier!!! Beware!
New Egg invoice states "International Seller 5-15 days shipping"
Seller claims to be in CA?!? who is not telling the truth?
I would not purchase from this company ever again, Hope my adapter actually shows up. I have dealt with other overseas sellers before and never had a false tracking number while the company claims to be in the US...AVOID!!! Where is my working tracking number or product? Digi Era, if you are going to reply provide a tracking # that works (You wont as it shows shipping from China)

Rating + 2 Stop with the required signiture

Because the agent uses USPS, there was no expected delivery data and no tracking. I had no idea when the package would arrive and missed signing with the mail man. I then need to waste 2 hours going to the post office. Thing is, I have a secure, lockable mailbox for situations like this....too bad the Digi Era is inflexible and only cares about its end of the deal.

    If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.
    An RMA number must be requested following below return instruction within 30 days of the delivery date.
    As your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or replacement the merchandise.
    Returned or exchanged merchandise must in its exact original condition, including all packaging, accessories and manuals.
    Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded unless the item is defective.
    In the event an item is sold with "free-shipping", we will refund the amount of sale.
    Units that are found to be physically damaged due to abusive usage or mishandling by buyer or missing components will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
