Clearly, the tripod I ordered was not in new condition. It was advertised as new - but when I received it was in a box that was taped shut obvious it had been opened before, but what was most disappointing was the tripod has multiple of signs of wear & tear on it.

I'd have no complaints. The product is great. Shipping from Newegg was usually a day or two. This took over a week. The tracking number never updated. The two emails I sent remained unanswered until the tripod had already arrived. Communication could have made this transaction better. Thanks.

i purchased this item on sunday , september 16th, shipping said 5 to6 business days. i did not receive this until wednesday the 26th. i have ordered other things from newegg, and gotten them in 2 or 3 days.
i don't know why this item took so long to get. plus the tracking number would not work until tuesday the 25th, so i had no idea where it was. i wrote on your 'chat' option on your web page, and my question was even answered. i got a response, but my question wasn't answered. just not a very good experience this time.

Definitely not on my preferred vendor list. Ordered two items through Newegg. One from Newegg and the other from Dolica. As usual, Newegg was spot on. Ordered on the 16th received on the 19th. Order from Dolica on the other hand did not arrive until the 27th. When I called Dolica, it was like the guy wasn't sure about what he was doing and when I mentioned the lengthy shipping time, his response was something to the effect of "that's business as usual here".

When I have ordered from New Egg delivery is very fast. There should be prominently displayed statement that vendor orders take up to two weeks to deliver.

Item took a long time to ship and out of the set one of the items was the wrong one. However, when I contacted customer service Brian was very helpful and nice and was quick to right the error.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
