DVolt Batteries is one of the largest online battery re-sellers and distributors, we specialize in motorcycle batteries, and also carry automotive, marine, solar and industrial batteries.

We carry products from popular brands like Yuasa, BikeMaster, PowerSonic, Trojan Battery, Odyssey Battery, Optima Battery, as well as our own brand - DVolt.

Our manufacturing factory has been making AGM, GEL, sealed maintenance-free and conventional batteries since 1986. Our GEL batteries are CERTIFIED with ISO:9002, ISO:9001(2000), and ISO:14001 standards. They are used all over the world in various motorcycles, atvs, jet-skies, snowmobiles, and powersport vehicles. Most of the exported batteries are sold in Europe, others are sold in Asia, Australia, and some even make it to America to be used by selected dealers and manufacturers. DVolt is doing our best to make these GEL Batteries available to all public and dealer customers in the US.

DVolt GEL batteries are compatible and are great upgrades for many different brands and models of on-road and off-road motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, golf carts, buggies, snowmobiles, jet-skies, boats, small aircraft, and many other custom vehicles and projects!

Dvolt Batteries has authorized dealers all over Northern California (Madera, Oakdale, Red Bluff), as well as in Arizona, Washington, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Minnesotta, and New York. We also sell/ship Internationally to many countries, like Canada, Mexico, Australia, UK, France, Greece, Russia, Italy, etc.

    All returns and refunds must obtain a Return Approval within thirty (30) days of the purchase.

    The items must be in condition suitable for resale, with original packaging unopened and original seals intact.

    Returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

    Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

    The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package with a prepaid, insured, and traceable method. All shipping charges are Customer's responsibility.

    If you have an exchange and we need to ship you a new item, additional shipping and handling charges may be incurred. Please contact us with all exchange requests before sending anything back, we may provide you with a different return address for defective items.

    If manufacturer's warranty applies, we will help you make a claim with them.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
