Order placed on 7th , it is the 20 th and the order has not shipped . This seller is SHADY AT BEST . Avoid this seller and hope that Newegg removes them as a third party in the marketplace

Rating + 1 Still no product

I ordered an external drive and the next day it showed a status of shipped. Here we are 11 days later and I still haven't received it. A few days ago I checked the tracking number and it just shows label printed and no estimate for delivery.I have emailed this seller and no response. I contacted Newegg to let them know this seller reflects poorly on Newegg when you factor in the overwhelming number of negative reviews for this seller. So I still have no product and zero response from this unprofessional seller. I will never give a dime to Datavision again.Horrible experience that isn't over yet

Close to 2 weeks after ordering and nothing but 'Label Created' on the shipping tracker. Order was supposed to arrive in less than 1 week. No excuse for this. Cancelling....

ordered on 8-8-2015 and now 8-21-2015 have not received the item, nor have there been any emails or any notifications of any kind that they have shipped the item.
I have sent 2 emails which have gone unanswered requesting a status up date.. Why does Newegg allow venders like this to sell on Marketplace?

Rating + 4 No tracking but it showed up quick

I ordered an SSD from what I thought was Newegg. I went to cancel this order because of the negative reviews about how long the orders took. Also, there were reviews that hinted about the honesty of the company.

Couldn't order because the status changed to shipped but only displayed that a shipping label has been printed. The status never changed. This made me nervous. Repeated contacts to their customer service. Package showed up at the end of the week.

ordered the Suunto Ambit 3 from DataVison . Package showed up fast but with no watch in the box's then their customer service blamed FedEx. this company Is straight shady DON'T BUY FROM THEM. buyer beware.

Rating + 4 How to find shipping info

I was provided a tracking number but was not told what shipping company they where using after trying that number with them (ups, usps, dhl,) I found my package with FedEx. So for anyone else that is trying to find out where there package is off the tracking number that they send you try FedEx first. :) I Will update when I get my package

    All products sold by DataVision contain a warranty directly from the manufacturer. Requests for returns for exchange or credit must be made within 30 days of receipt.
    Packages will not be accepted without this RMA number and will be returned to you via the designated carrier.

    Please mail back insured with a traceable method, and do not write ANYTHING on the mfg box..

    Below is a breakdown of policies and returnable items:.
    Defective within 30 days + Replacement = NO RESTOCK FEE.
    Defective within 30 days + Refund = 15% restock fee, we are happy to send another unit.
    No longer want within 30 days + Refund = 15% restock fee.
    No longer want within 30 days + Replacement = No restock fee if SEALED NEW in box.
    Damaged / Lost in shipping + Repair /Replace = No restock fee.
    Sent wrong item (seller fault) + Refund /Replace = NO restock fee, buyer pay NO shipping back to us.
    No returns for items beyond 30 days of the day buyer receives item.
    All returned merchandise will be accepted if all packing materials, including manuals, box, and warranty cards are enclosed. Returned merchandise for refunds are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee..

    Defective TV's larger thann 20" are repaired directly by the mfg. We can not return them. They are fully covered by the mfg and service is completed in the home.
