The nine cell battery was to be compatible with my computer N5030 and it was not, so I ordered a six cell and it works fine. I have requested a return label and they have not sent me one. They have given me a return address to send it to. I need a return label. Thank You, Crystal Oeffner

Rating + 1 Very disappointed with poor quality product

Within 5 days of using the "new" ( which I doubt ) toshiba power cord, it started to over heat and "short out " and does not charge. You have to wiggle it and hold it in place. The savings I hoped to enjoy are now going to be used by having to pay $ 59.95 for a new one . I tried to submit a no egg rating but was forced to do a 1.

Rating + 1 Never Received Battery, but Still Paid for Shipping - Terrible Customer Service

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO RECEIVE THE ITEM YOU PURCHASE.

I placed my order, and received a shipping confirmation the next day. I checked the tracking frequently, and saw that USPS had noted that the package was undeliverable as addressed. I've never had an issue with a package delivery and my address was listed correctly on the Newegg invoice, so I contacted the seller immediately to see if they could contact USPS to find out the problem. The seller simply informed me there was nothing they could do, and that they would give me a refund once they received the battery back from USPS. When they got the battery back, the seller said the error was not their fault, and so they only refunded me the price of the battery, not the shipping charge. I asked the seller to resend me the battery instead of giving me a refund, and they said they would not do that unless I sent them an additional $6 to reship the item. Basically, I paid $7 and received nothing.

I could not rate the service or product fairly because there is not a low enough choice. Discount battery sold me a battery that fits, but you cant open the display on the laptop. They should have tested their product before placing it on sale.
