Rating + 1 Wrong Product, screw ups at every turn

They sent me the wrong case. I ordered the BitFenix Prodigy case for a mini itx board. They sent me a case twice as big and twice as heavy as the Prodigy. A BitFenix Colossal Window. Fine, mistakes happen. It took me 2 weeks to finally get the computer case shipped off to physically start the RMA process.

Every time you contact them, expect to wait 2-4 days for a response, especially 4 days if you contact them on Friday. They email me the RMA # and do not include the shipping label link to print out. It took them 3 days to get back to me again asking if I want the case picked up or take it there myself. After I agree to have it picked up, they try to dissuade me from going that option and I ask for a shipping label, like I originally wanted.

I contacted Newegg customer support on May 12th, ECLL acknowledged the problem on may 12th, but I didn't get my shipping label until May 26th, close to 8pm CST. So I couldn't ship until 27th

From now on, I'll only be dealing directly with Newegg

I would like to clarify something from what you mentioned above: First of all, back to 14th/May, our inventory contacted you for wrong item alert, also we made RMA for you to return the wrong item back to us. Please note that we also that you would like to have product return for credit only. Therefore, there is no such sending out replacement twice with mistake. Please check if this information is matching your record. Thanks again.

Never received the product. The Seller never answered their phone after a dozen attempts per day for 10 days. After notifying the Newegg rep about the problem the seller finally issued a refund 20 days later.

Rating + 1 Wrong product, Absence of Customer Support

I ordered an inland 87074 3.5mm Connector Stereo head set with volume control and instead received what looks like a Sennheiser PC 3. I called Newegg.com support (excellent service by the way) and received the number to contact this seller. Call it, no answer, and what's worse, I get a "voicemail is full" message. Is this seller selling products from a basement? Whatever the situation is, I'll give them a few more days to answer my calls. Otherwise, I'll definitely be filing a complain with newegg. I don't put up with being sent incorrect products.
