Product I bought was a USB 3.0 card. Item was described well, and was shipped promptly, even faster than expected. I had a problem with the card, and their technical department answered my emails within 24 hours. I would have no problem buying from this vendor in the future.

i never got to use it, it broke before i could use it. poor made, poor quality. I never thought new egg would sell anything like that. Reminds me of items bought from the back page of a commic book when I was a kid. Made in China I guess is the reason. It was only $8.39 but if your going to put your name on something it should work

If I could give ZERO I would. I would include Newegg in this case. I have been a loyal customer since near when this site began. To date I have no reasons for disappointment.

For an 8.00 item, it's disappointing to write this review. Item shows "shipped", including a tracking number. ZERO information on any movement. Going into the 4th week. 2 emails to Newegg customer service. Also ZERO response. I am about 1 day away from simply contesting the charge with my bank as 'no services rendered' and letting it end. Including my account. A shame over such a small order when I have spent thousands over the years with Newegg.

Normal transit time for international packages is 5-15 business days, although it can take longer in some cases. Please note that the bad weather or the customs might delay the delivery for some international packages, depending on regulations.

According to your tracking number, we found that your order was delivered on Oct. 8. May we know did you signed for it ? If not, we are afraid it may be found to be lost or stolen during the international transmit.But please don't worry, we are responsible for any damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

At first I was skeptical. A $10 Bluetooth OBD II dongle? How good could it be. It arrived in the mail and I plugged it into my Mazda 3's OBD II port. I had installed Torque on my phone and was ready. I was not disappointed in the least. The dongle sent the information to my phone and Torque displayed everything I needed. Great price, fast service and a high quality dongle.
