Rating + 1 Item never arrived

I ordered a product from this seller and I was fine with the fact that it would take "5 to 15 days" to ship, as the product description said. But it has now been over a month since I ordered the product and it still has not arrived. According to China Post, the tracking number is invalid. I should have read the comments and stayed away from this seller.

A total rip off, i never recieved the item... what a joke and new egg is backing this market, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASIA

Rating + 1 still did not receive my order

Customer service is very nice a polite. Order had to be shipped from China ( I did not notice it marked as such). their system mangled my address in such a way that it arrived at my post office and then was shipped back. It took them a few days to fix that, almost a month later I still do not have my order, it is in transit.

Shipping from China is horrible . . takes forever, but this seller has great concern and gives you confidence. They made a difficult wait bearable and I knew immediately that they would take care of me one way or another.

the tracking number I was given via my order receipt is not able to be found via the usps website. since I expect that the item was never shipped and they just took my money, I'm going to handle this now. I see where many many people have tried and failed to get a refund of their order...no need to go through the company's refund policy. I'm going through my bank, having them issue me a "merchandise/services claim' off my card. they will refund me the money, and get it back themselves from the sellers card processor. no muss no fuss. I recommend all the customers who have not received their devices do this. it will YANK! the money out of the sellers banks essentially, and you get your back with no worries. just contact the number on the back of your credit/debit card.

Rating + 1 Still waiting for my item

Even though on your site you mention "This item will take 5 - 15 days to ship" its been a month and I still have not received the item I purchased which is unacceptable, I requested information about a week ago and no reply... unfortunately I will not continue to shop on Newegg and will have to move to the much larger online retailer because of this issue.(can't mention their name because I was censored by your feedback engine)

RMA Policy
    It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us immediately either by phone or e-mail. If you return the product(s) to us within 14 days, we will refund you the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).
