Rating + 1 horrible not buy!

shipping took way too long, when i asked about my order(it was just sitting there) they said that it would ship faster if the blizzard is past...i looked up their weather, 60 and 70 the week before and week ahead. i emailed them back about reply. also, the item doesnt work! this company should be removed from this site!

Ordered a PCI serial card. It took a good 3 weeks for delivery from Shenzhen. The quality isn't great for the hardware. It is detected automatically on the PCI bus but only 1 of the 2 serial ports appears to actually work.

19 days and counting - no delivery of product. I will have to build my pc with out it. Should have went with someone elses product. I know they are third party but Newegg should drop them.

Rating + 3 HDMI cable

Cable looks nice but does not shut the monitor down. The rest of the computer goes to sleep but not the monitor. I know this function works because it will with a spare cable, I changed cables several times, updated the monitor drivers and the behavior behavior stayed the same. I will be shopping for a new cable to replace this one.

I ordered a connector from them. I placed the order six weeks ago and still have not received the item. I knew it would take a while to ship and luckily I didn't need it right away. But on the site they say 5-15 days to ship, it has now been more than 40 days and the item has not arrived.
