Standard Return Policy
Effy Jewelers wishes for you to shop with confidence and to be completely satisfied with your online purchase! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Custom orders such as orders with engraving and special ring sizes cannot be accepted back for a return.

How to Return an Item:
Please follow our 3 easy steps below:
1. Obtain your Return Authorization Number:
Contact us at email@example.com or 1-877-ASK-EFFY (877-275-3339) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an E-mail with your Return Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.
2. Package Your Order:
a.Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and outside of the package.
b.Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
3. Shipping & Insurance:
Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your E-mail. For your protection, we recommend shipping insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Registered Mail. We are unable to be responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box and has been damaged or tampered.
Please note: For security purposes, do not write EffyJewelers.com or the contents of the package on the outside of the box such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other luxury-related items.
EffyJewelers.com Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days for your credit to be processed after the item(s) have been received. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
