Rating + 1 Poor Electree Customer Service

The seller did not have a physical return address on file with Newegg causing a delay in the RMA process. The seller also did not issue a return mailing label despite explicitly saying they would in a previous email (I had to pay for return shipping). Seller then said my refund had been submitted but nothing after 5 business days. After contacting Newegg customer support directly, the representative stated they had no record of the refund process being submitted and therefore had to initiate it themselves. I do not like being lied to. As of 11/21/14, I am still waiting for my money to be returned to my credit card.

Does not function as 3.0. It only functions as USB 2.0. Bought it on sale and doesn't pay to return it so I now have a 4 port USA 2.0 hub.

The price was spot on for this torch. As soon as I inserted the batteries I began exploring. I was able to tell where our pup went on the carpet I couldn't tell under normal lighting conditions. After shampooing the carpet, I checked again and could tell the difference how well I cleaned. I'll be making a trip into the desert to take photographs and am sure to encounter a scorpion. This will be a great tool that may very well save my life.

I had to return the camera via RMA. Once Electree saw I had to return the camera they immediately contacted me via e-mail and were with me the entire time to ensure I got a replacement and also helped me setup the camera. I received an e-mail EVERYDAY from their support ensuring I got things up and running. This is a great sign of a great company dedicated to help their customer! A+++++

RMA Policy
    You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Electree within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact our customer service, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
