Rating + 1 DO NOT BUY OR TRUST!!

I ordered an item from this seller and it came late and I had posted a couple comments. The company contacted me to have the posts removed and they said they would send me a 5 yr warranty. I did that and the warranty card came and is no good and the website doesn't exist. I feel they used me just to remove the negative posts and that is upsetting. Not happy with product because it gives a lot of errors even after resetting it. I love Newegg but will never buy from ElectroBrands again!

Rating + 1 NEVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered a NEW GARMIN GPS used my egg points with the purchase also. I received a refurbished GPS (FALSE ADVERTISING). Was told by Electro Brands this never happens and they were sorry. Read others comments this seems to be common practice for this company. The customer service was decent, I had minor issues with them. The time lost for this is unbelievable. I am still waiting for a refund. I think honestly I will never order from new egg again for this experience.

Rating + 1 Scammers

In my previous review I said I am struggling with this seller since April 4. Not true. I ordered the Garmin on March 12 and got a refurbished unit claimed as new (illegal selling practice). Today is August 5, 2014 - one week shy of 6 months! So when I send an email they call you and promise extended warranty (yeah right, they are going to stand by THAT) and return shipment refund. So they called again today and promised the sky, earth and the netherworld. I know I am not going to get anything from them. I do not understand why Newegg would entertain such sellers who would only tarnish Newegg's name. I used to buy from Newegg very often. Now the name gives me shivers because I had bad experiences with marketplace sellers three in a row. This one, ELCTROBRAND, is the worse. If you do not want to be irritated and taken for granted STAY AWAY from ELECTROBRAND.

Rating + 1 ELECTROBRAND - UNreliable seller

I ordered a Garmin GPS from this seller on April 4. Had to return it because it looked like a refurbished product, not new as claimed, and it had problems. Had to RMA and the seller promised return shipping. Got the refund for the merchandise but never the promised shipping cost. After exactly four months of trying (every time a different answer) I am giving up and reviewing the seller's performance. I don't know if this will get posted but I want others to benefit from this experience.

Rating + 1 Selling Refurbs and New!!

Purchased 7 Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition on 7/18. Called concerning order on 7/22. Received call back explaining that they only have 4 new sealed box units left. Asked if I could accept 3 of units would not be sealed in box as they were display units that were unused but had been locked in a display case and never touched. In addition they would give me 3 extended warranties for the trouble. I agreed to take the 3 open box units. On 7/29 I looked and the order STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED! I called and was told the units were shipped to the wrong place. Was told the shipment was on its way today and would arrive on Friday. Received order on 8/1. Units came in generic white boxes ALL SEALED! One was marked "refurbished", the other 6 had that area of the box scratched off. Opening one of the boxes confirmed refurbs. Called Electrobrands to return, they issued a fedex return label and apologized. Told me to keep 3 warranties for my trouble. Now I have to find them elsewhere!

I ordered a Garmin 405 Forerunner. I received in quickly and in perfect working order. The seller called to confirm receipt and to ensure that the Garmin was working properly. I could not be happier with the service provided and the product I purchased. I would buy from this seller any day!

After two weeks of not receiving my order, they agreed to replace it with a store display with extended warranty.I would love to give five stars but this was a gift intended to be given at a particular time, and for that I cannot. Other than that they are great people to deal with.

RMA Policy
    All products returned to us must be accompanied by a RA # (Return Authorization) posted on the outside of the shipping box. All returns without a RA# will be refused by our warehouse.

    Any product which appears to have an initial defect within 14 days of delivery, may be exchanged for a replacement of the same model at no cost to you . We will pay for the shipping both ways. All defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair after our 14 day return period.

    If you wish to return a non defective product for any reason, we accept returns on unopened factory sealed products WITHOUT ANY RESTOCKING FEES also within 14 days from the date of receipt. This is open to our discretion depending on the item and situation. Any item that has been opened may be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee since we will no longer be able to resell the item as a new and unopened product.

    When restocking fee is waived a $20 processing fee may be charged to handle costs involved with your order

    Any items returned to us must meet the following guidelines.

    -All supplied accessories are included in the original factory packaging and all warranty cards must be blank
    - All items must be in original factory packaging
    -All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a RA #. To get a RA #, please contact our customer service department.


    - Shipping and handling fees are non refundable (including all refused packages).

    - items that have physical damage are non returnable

    -Items must be returned within 14 days from the date a return authorization number is issued. After this time the return authorization number will be voided.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
