I ordered a MP3 player from Electronic Depot on Feb 20 2015. it is now March 15 2015 and I still have no MP3 player. It was not even shipped until March 3 2015. and the tracking never updates. always says the same thing. "Your item has been processed through a sort facility in FUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 12:59 am on March 3, 2015." it took them 11 days just to ship it!! I will never buy from Electronic Depot AGAIN!!!!

Yep, it upscaled the display from 480P to 1080P alright... But it still looks like 480P, just in 1080P : \

Rating + 3 Slow Boat From China

My Pi case arrived broken and missing parts, but the seller responded to my RMA immediately, offering replacement. I told them I didn't have 3 more weeks to wait for another (possibly broken) case, so they refunded the purchase price. I ordered the case with fan and 5 copper heat sinks from Electronic Depot on Feb. 23, received the (broken) case without fan on March 9. After RMA the emailed me 3 tracking numbers and told me the items were sent in 3 separate envelopes. I finally received the heat sinks on March 13. The fan still has not arrived. But since I already received my refund, I can't complain. Altogether a very frustrating shopping experience, but I'm giving them 3 eggs rating because they're trying hard to get it right.

I ordered over a month ago and still have not received my items. when I try to track the order I receive an email back stating I should wait another 10 days to see if I receive it and then try them back again.

Worst experience ever. Did not know product was actually shipping from China as defined in the tracking I received.
I never received the product. I am trying to get a refund.

slightly impatient

Rating + 2 Cheap if you're willing to wait for it.

The items are cheaper than other sellers but take way longer to ship than they say. I had an item that was supposed to be 5-15 day shipping take 22 days to ship. The tracking number they provided did not work so I had no idea the status of anything. I did eventually receive the item and it worked great. So if you're willing to wait a month for shipping to save a few bucks its worth it. My suggestion to the seller is to be a little more honest on shipping times and provide better tracking info to customers, and you might not have as many 1 egg reviews.

Ordered a $9 product with free shipping on 2/16. Shipping time said 5-15 days. That's fine and dandy. The item still hasn't LEFT. Absolutely unacceptable.
