Rating + 5 Started out bad but ended with a bang

The processing was taking forever, when they finally sent out the items the third day they upgraded me to overnight delivery. The items came to me in PERFECT condition. Thank you ElectronicsExpo.

Rating + 1 Slow and thick

I ordered a set of speakers. When they had not been shipped after a week, I called Newegg and was told that since it was a marketplace vendor, he had until Monday (this was a Friday) to ship it. So I told them to cancel the order. Then they supposedly shipped it. I called right away, and Newegg said that they had diverted the shipment to return to sender. Then they charged me a restocking fee.

As a result of this transaction, I will not use any of the "marketplace" vendors, just Newegg itself (which has always been reliable).

I called Electronics Expo's customer service today to request status of my order of two days ago, and the person with whom I spoke was very courteous and helpful. I'd be delighted to do business with Electronics Expo again.

SENNHEISER PC 363D 2 x 3.5mm Connector Circumaural Headset - Black. Got them in a timely manner, easy to use. Awesome surround sound with the Dolby 3D sound. I have been startled by something behind me in game....amazing.

Rating + 1 electronics expo, new jersey

Inadequate customer service. Contacted them numerous occasions, took forever to get a response and am still waiting on response from last communication. Had to send back order because the subwoofer did not work at all. They owe us a refund and we have not gotten it. Not happy at all.

I bought Definitive Technology ProMonitor 1000 White speakers (refurbished) at an attractively discounted price from Electronics Expo (Via Newegg). In less than 24 hours, they replied and informed me that they did not have any refurbished speakers, so they would ship new ones and honor the "refurbished price"! I was surprised and very pleased. The quick response time and easy way really makes you feel comfortable buying from this company online and feel you are dealing with a trustworthy and/or honorable source.

Rating + 1 Avoid this Seller

Product was shipped promptly, but failed after setup. Testing confirmed a dead channel. This company offered to issue an RA#, but has not done so and is unresponsive to date. It appears I am out $250.00. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
