RMA Policy
- If you are not satisfied we will accept product back, except food and water, for a refund within 30 days after the date of the invoice. Each product returned must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf. A 10% restock fee will be charged. A higher fee may be applied if the packaging or products is damaged. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RMA) for your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance. Credit card refunds and/or canceled orders are assessed a small 2-3% credit card charge by our credit card processor, which are deducted from the refunded and/or cancelled order. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost to ship the product back and any insurance will be paid by the customer.
RMA instructions
- You will need to call us to get a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Returns should include:

Correct address
Phone numbers, cell phone number, and time you can be reached.
What items are being returned, the reason for the return, and the RMA number.
