I ordered this item on the 10th of November with an estimated delivery time of 5-15 days. I was notified that the package had been shipped, but it is now the 4th of December and I STILL have not received my package. I attempted to write a review last week mentioning this issue and requesting feedback but it appears my review was deleted. I just received an automated email asking me to review my product, so here it is. I have attempted to call the supplier but nobody picks up and the voicemail says "memory full". I am going to try to email the supplier in hopes to at least receive a refund.

Rating + 1 Arrogance & incompetence, dead ahead

Zero stars. Never received item. Finally reached seller after numerous attempts. Called me "friend," then accused me of postal fraud, stealing a undelivered item, and colluding with an evil neighbor to steal it from my mailbox. Interesting how many other customers are experiencing this same problem with this seller. This seller's feedback, really, should tell you everything you need to know. Meanwhile, the host company refuses to get involved, preferring rather to watch its longtime customers walk away in disgust. I'm just glad this lesson only cost me $25...

Rating + 2 Wrong Product Delivered

I Purchased my item on Sept. 17, 2014. Knowing full well about the warning that the Item takes 5 - 15 days to ship, i decided to give this seller a chance despite the many negative reviews. I received an email with a Tracking number 5 days later (Sept 22), but the item did not actually ship until Sept 28 (11 days Later) this I deemed acceptable because of the 5 - 15 day warning. Today Oct 10, 2014 I finally received my Item in the mail. (23 days total from Order date) I did receive an Authentic Kamry Product, and not a China made Clone, but it is not the Correct Color. This is the Item description of the item i ordered:

Kamry K1000 Pipe Style E-cig High Quality Wooden e-Cigarette with Atomizer Starter Kits(Deep Brown)

The item i received is Walnut colored, not Deep Brown. Because of this i have given this seller a 2/5 rating.
I have emailed the seller to get the problem corrected, but if it is too troublesome or i have to wait another 23 days, i will probably keep the one I have.

Rating + 4 Shipping problems but helpful and attentive

Yes, this company is located and ships from China, so I expected the normal long shipping time. The problem is that my item didn't arrive even after 30 days. I contacted the vendor and the rep offered to reship or refund, but the item was out of stock. So again, the rep offered a refund or any other item from the store with a $5 discount. I was trying to decide if I wanted a different item or a refund when my order finally arrived, almost 40 days after I initially placed the order. I would recommend the vendor, because if there's a problem, they will work with you.

what can i say these people are amazing help and sell great stuff got a kayfun 3.1 clone and love it so much am currently waiting on a kts mech mod there sending to review and will have it on youtube so look for that once i get that again they are more then nice they always respond right away and let you know if something went wrong with shipping and fix it asap i would rate 10 eggs if i could very very helpful thank you all again over and ethinker

3/14/2014 - I was finally refunded back the amount charged on the credit card. Overall, it took approximately a week for the refund process to go through. Overall, I'm still unhappy with my experience (it shouldn't have happend in the first place, in my opinion), but the seller did work with me to try to get the refund process finalized...

3/6/2014 - My credit card was charged, and 4 days ago I received an email stating that my item has been shipped (with a tracking number). However, today I received an email from the seller stating that the item is not actually in stock and that I should request a refund. Why sell an item that's not actually in stock and then go ahead and charge my credit card? Also, please update the product page to say "not in stock" in lieu of "in stock".... Depending on how the refund process goes, I might update this rating...
