First, the product was not shipped for several days. Then the post office returned the item to Shadylens (reason unknown, presumably insufficient postage). Ordered Dec. 13, received Dec. 30.

Standard Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking Fee: 4.80%
RMA Policy
- Returns are accepted 30 days after the item has been received. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost involved in the return process. The item has to be return the same way it was received. Refund will then apply minus shipping fees.
