Rating + 1 Stay away! Shipping will never arrive!

Dude, what kind of monkey business are you guys running here?
You are shipping your items from HongKong and can not even copy the address correctly to your shipping label?!? I was waiting for my item 3 weeks to arrive, when finally was on the delivery truck, it got marked as Undeliverable as Addressed!! What?!?!? I want my refund with interest since you guys used my money for almost a month!
Stay away, unless you want to loose money, time and patience...
Please New Egg get rid of this jokers, cause they are not funny...

Rating + 4 Good Seller, Long Shipper

This seller made sure my package arrived in a container that carried the correct product to my house safely. However, that package took a considerable amount of time to arrive. This is expected for a package being shipped overseas from Hong Kong, but it still seemed a little long, especially as it took the seller several days to even deliver the package to the postal service.

Rating + 1 Slow Boat From China

I guess I must join the chorus of reviewers complaining about the sluggishness of this company when it comes to shipping orders. My order consisted of a single mouse which was in stock and ready to go. I'm posting this before I've received the item because it's been 12 days since my order was processed, and only now have they posted a "tracking number". I am given no clue as to the identity of the shipping company; having tried all the biggies, I suspect it is a pointless exercise trying to find out who is actually carrying my order. A review of all previous reviews of this outfit shows their tendency to whine that, "Hey! It's coming all the way from Hong Kong!" As if that is an excuse for taking 10 days or more to package and send off an order. It's NOT the shipping distance here, it is this company's internal laziness that seems responsible for the huge delays in delivery time. If I have a choice in future between this outfit and another, I know which way I'll jump.

I ordered in late June. Item supposedly shipped July 2nd 2015. I was advised by Newegg, that I should receive in 5-15 business days. Well, the 15 days was up July 24th and still no keyboard and mouse. Item still not showing up on USPS tracking number given. Ridiculous.

I didn't realize this seller was based out of Hong Kong. Ordered 2 keyboards with mouse on 6/27/15 and 6/29/15. Appeared both were shipped 7/2/15. I m still waiting to recieve items as of 7/20/15. Tracking numbers given still not showing up on USPS. Newegg claims 5-15 business days and said should be delivered by 07/24/15. Almost a month after order was made. Most items I have purchased on Newegg are delivered in 2-5 days. Just disappointed I didn't look closer at supplier and comments from other buyers in regards to slow shipping.

Item was not identified as coming from Hong Kong. I was surprised to see it would take a month to arrive, but could not cancel. Seller did not even put it in the post until the time limit of three weeks for delivery was already reached. No response to inquiries. Newegg made adjustments after much consultation and speaking to a supervisor.

    Additional Return Requirements and Policy:
    1. An RMA number must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Shipping charge is the cost of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
