Rating + 5 Yamaha EF200IS

Shipped in a timely manner and received when expected.

It arrived in a Yamaha box that was a bit beat up(the box, not a mark on the generator) but nothing I wouldn't expect from something of this size and weight with a cross country trip from California to Massachusetts. Certainly not the sellers fault, maybe Yamaha should consider using larger staples.

All said and done, I have zero hesitation ordering from FAO in the future.

Rating + 1 Worst Company Ever!

I ordered from them because I thought I would receive great service from a NewEgg third-party merchant. However, my order was updated with the WRONG tracking number. Now I'm on the THIRD week trying to get a hold of them and neither NewEgg nor Factory Authorized Outlet will respond to my inquiries. NewEgg just sends out an email. They have my payment of THREE HUNDRED dollars. The tracking information is for an order out in Virginia while I reside in California. Never will I order from NewEgg or this third-party vendor again!

Caster damaged in shipment (50lbs of steel with half-inch Styrofoam-manufacturer's packaging), called, no fuss, they promptly shipped replacement. Very pleased with Factory Authorized Outlet. Price and delivery time were good, too.

I got this in 3 days and it has been great, my son in law had to borrow it for a week and love it. It was quiet running and he love to be able to run on Propane gas and ran over 20 hrs per tank(20lb).

RMA Policy
    General Return and Refund Policy
    Our return policy gives you 30 days from the shipping date to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received or defective. We highly recommend that the buyer thoroughly inspect the purchased product before using it and also ensure the user of the product is familiar with the correct application and proper care. If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the shipping date return the item to Max Tool with the proper RMA number and Max Tool will replace it with an identical item or a full store credit will be issued upon approval of the return. If a refund is requested a 15% restocking charge will be accessed upon approval of the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the shipping date.

    Max Tool will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of our error (you received an incorrect item) and re-ship the correct item at no charge.

    All "Free Shipping Offers" will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold the remaining items and returned items will be billed for the normal shipping charges.

    All shipping charges "ground or express" are non-refundable.

    All free gifts must be returned before a credit will be processed or Max Tool will deduct the value of the gifts from the refund.

    All manufacturers' warranties will prevail.

    Warranty shall not apply to: products which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for or which have been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product. Misapplication, misuse, negligence will revoke the warranty.

    All DuroMax generators and engines have a 30 day replacement warranty and carry a full 1 year parts warranty. Parts are no charge during the warranty period and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping damages must be claimed with the designated shipper. Check the unit for damage before signing the bill of lading or delivery receipt.

    All returns are subject to our approval and must be accompanied by an RMA issued by a Max Tool representative in order to be processed. All orders returned without the RMA number will be accessed a charge of $15.00.

    When we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to show a credit on your credit card. The credit will be for the amount of the merchandise ordered after any freight or restocking charges.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
