Cons: This hardware is incompatible with over 90% of software that can use a joystick and throttle as they are seen as two separate devices and when the throttle is connected it uses the same axis as the joystick making the joystick unusable. The manufacturer's software does not address this issue in any way and you are forced to use a third party software to rectify the situation, if you can get that to work. For HOTAS that costs $200 that should not be the case.

Pros: The throttle is phenomenal. It has an abundance of switches and rotaries that are indispensable in flight sims. The throttle's resistance makes it feel nice and meaty when you are increasing your thrust, but is adjustable if this isn't desired.
Cons: Flight Stick is garbage. I have had to RMA this stick to MadCatz twice because of the quality of sensors. In both instances the stick's sensors read that the stick is in a maximum value orientation when the stick was not being touched, or at various points during a circular rotation. This made games completely unplayable with the stick because of incorrect readings. It's garbage and should be avoided.
Other Thoughts: If you can buy the throttle by itself, go for it. I love the throttle. If you're stuck buying it with the stick however, I would just go for something better like the Thrustmaster Warthog. I know it's a pretty big price jump, but at a $200 price tag I expected better quality than this.

Pros: This logitech racing wheel has amazing force feedback that just needs a little tweaking on the user end to be perfect. The software driver for it allows custom game settings to be saved so whenever that specific game .exe is run, the wheel will automatically load that game's specific settings.
Cons: The wheel itself is smaller than a standard wheel but that was known going into this purchase. No handbreak sold with this setup which makes it lacking in a few game/racing situations.
Other Thoughts: Love the wheel and pedal setup logitech offers with this product. The only thing I would recommend if you plan to use this in games such as Drift 3 - get a handbreak.

Pros: -A familiar layout -Moddable -Plug and Play -Doesn't run on batteries
Cons: -They're not as available as they once were.
Other Thoughts: The wired 360 controller was a huge step forward for me. I used to use a Logitech controller that was a toss-up as to whether it would be fully compatible for my games. The Microsoft pad always works. If you have 30 dollars and you buy something else, it probably won't work.

Pros: You already know what you are getting at this point in time. It's a standard 360 controller that comes with the usb wireless receiver to use it on a pc. Too bad it does not come with the play and charge kit, as using regular batteries can be a pain to keep up with fresh ones, although just like when used with a 360 it does get very good battery life so your not swapping them all that often.
Cons: No play-n-charge kit included.
Other Thoughts: Buy the play-n-charge kit when you buy this.
It's a console grade controller, beats all PC controller options expect I do also like the Razer Sabertooth, as it is on par with this build quality, feels very nice, and has a few more features specific to playing on a PC, just no wireless, which if playing FPS then wired is the way to go. But for most other genera of games wireless is generally no problem.
