Cons: distorted, relatively low volume. cheaply made. little improvement over regular phone. do not waste your money.

Pros: Delivery was swift, price level very competitive and products all arrived packed in apparently original packaging looking brand new, even though they were listed as refurbs and about 9 years old.
Cons: None
Other Thoughts: Can't speak highly enough of the quality of these phones and how they were delivered. Very happy with this purchase.
