Pros: Silent! You need to put your ear to the hub to hear the fans. Long cord; 18.5" or half a meter from the edge of the shell to the connector. All-black Ground/Power/Sense connectors and wires are strung together, making a clean install even without sleeving them. Optional 4-Pin Molex connector are not typical. Their compact thru-design could benefit some builds. Economic packaging. No stupid LEDs!
Cons: Outer plastic shell is thin and more flexible than typical fan shells. 2-Pack came with two bags of screws though one bag was empty. One fan isn't balanced. I can feel a slight vibration when held it and see a mild wobble. Theses vibrations don't transmit when installed. Moves as much air while being as silent as the other fan.
Other Thoughts: Moves air. Doesn't feel like much compared to a 120mm fan but this one is spread over a 140mm area. A fair way to compare fan speed is to look at the power use. These are .18amps at 12v. My old fan was .14a and you could hardly feel it. I would buy these again.

Pros: Quiet Moves a good amount of air You could even hook it up straight to the power supply and wouldn't hear a thing
Cons: It is a sleeve bearing fan, It MUST be mounted vertically for life longevity purposes.
HOWEVER, it DOES NOT mean that you have to mount it vertically. But it'll last longer if you do.
Other Thoughts: To get a relative idea as to how quiet the fan is try turning on speakers, and increase the volume until you hear the white noise. If you can whisper louder than the speakers, then that is roughly how much sound this fan produces.

Pros: With 3 of these running, I can't hear them when they're all at full speed when I wear my headphones and start playing a game, the daisy chains are also very convenient. Also, as you probably already know, they are very cheap.
Cons: I have one of these mounted vertically (on my side panel), and it is a bit louder than the other 2 fans for some reason. It might not be the fan's fault, and maybe just the design of my case is causing this, idk.
Other Thoughts: Can't go wrong for the price, I would definitely recommend these for headphone users, maybe not for silence enthusiasts.

Pros: These made great panel replacement fans after the originals passed their prime. They move lots air and are within what I feel is a very acceptable noise range.
Cons: None, especially for $7.98 for two with free shipping.
Other Thoughts: Some say these are difficult to install and you may need a drill... a tip to make actual install easier: before installing them in the case, tighten a screw into each hole then remove them and install in case. The screws will tap themselves and thread the holes making install in the case easier. It can require some torque to get the screw in each hole the first time but after that it becomes easier. Doing this outside of the case first can save you some difficulty and frustration, and from crying in a review about it afterward.
