Rip Off!!!
- Pros: Very little justification for any "Pros." I guess the cork puller does work...
- Cons: Bottle corker welding is crud! It cannot be used (which if most of the reason I purchased item!). The container could NEVER be used as a gift box.
- Other Thoughts: One would think that something which costs so little to make (sweatshop) where the ONLY item welded (metal/rubber corker) would work.

- Pros: Picked this up for $4.99 w/ free shipping. Corkscrew works great, and so does the label cutters. Great buy.

Buyer Beware...CHEAP!
- Pros: Was able to open wine bottles.
- Cons: Corkscrew handle is thin metal, not at all ergonomically correct and painful to use. Stopper came apart the first time I attempted to remove it from wine bottle. Was barely able to remove it. This set will do in a pinch but you get what you pay for...

A little too tall, and could have better hardware
- Pros: Looks nice, good quality wood and metal, lots of space to hang stuff, good lighting
- Cons: A little too low for our kitchen's 9-foot ceiling, even with the chains at their shortest. Also, the nuts didn't go very far onto the threaded rods; 3-4 turns, at most. With all that weight and force, I was seriously concerned that one or more would pop.
- Other Thoughts: If it had fit, I think I would have gone to the hardware store and replaced all the threaded rods and nuts with better-quality ones. Otherwise, it was really nice.

- Pros: Dispenses Draft Heineken beer from their mini kegs
Beer is good! - Cons: Only comes with 5 Beertender tubes which are a 1 time use ONLY!
No one ships these tubes to Canada except for a couple of companies & they charge 3x the price or more & then hit you with ridiculous shipping charges
- Other Thoughts: Had I know I was going to run into this problem I would have reconsidered my purchase.
Looks like I'm going to have to visit the US or make some new US friends who want to ship me some tubes.

Excellent customer service
- Pros: Excellent customer service
- Cons: None so far
- Other Thoughts: I admit to not having tried the wine opener yet, but I just wanted to give a shout out to VMInnovations. I bought this item as a Christmas gift and it arrived damaged. VMI sent me a new one in time for Christmas and did not even require me to return the broken one. Thanks!

- Cons: made with very cheap metal. one of the wine openers was bent right out of he box.

it's ok and functional
- Pros: it's ok for a couple of dollars. The drip ring, foil cutter, stopper, opener, and thermometer are all functional.
- Cons: The thermometer reads in Celcius only, the chrome stopper has small pits sporadically placed. The buckle for the opener looks like it was smashed with a hammer or something, it is bowed pretty bad but still functional.
- Other Thoughts: I am tempted to hammer the buckle back in place.
