Stay away.
- Pros: Compared to other steam mops? Not one.
- Cons: Do yourself a favor and do not buy this mop. Find a Haan steam mop and you will be happy for a long, long time. Shark products, specificially this steam mop are made cheap. The piece where the mop handle contects to the steamer on the bottom breaks OFTEN. They even sell replacement pieces because of how often their stuff breaks. STAY AWAY!

Great Cleaning Capabilities
- Pros: At first I was concerned because I was holding the button down to produce steam for a good 10 minutes the first use, and nothing was happening. All of a sudden right before I decided to box it up and file an RMA, it started spitting a bit then started steaming properly. Since then it has been working well without any hiccups.
I would not suggest cleaning any colored upholstery with it vigorously, I managed to partially steam off some color on my couch arms, and (unnoticeably) melted some fibers as well I think. This thing is powerful for being so little. I have been cleaning our tan carpeting with it though where there is high traffic and it has been wonderful. I also love doing the shower doors and other bathroom areas. I also was able to get a stain out of our fake wooden floors that developed in front of the door from ground in dirt. This thing leaves behind fuzzies though on glass surfaces. Getting baked on junk off your stove and surrounding areas is a breeze though, and our white cabinets no longer have icky yellowed fingerprints all over them.

Don't buy it.
- Pros: Has lots of attachments.
- Cons: Does not heat up as advertised. I could hold my hand right in front of it and not get burned. Not hot enough to clean anything. Very disappointing. Will be returning it. Have to pay $10.00 to return it!

Worthless
- Pros: fast shipping
- Cons: First time I got around to using this thing and it does not produce steam! It gets real hot - water leaks all over from the base of the unit but it never produces any steam.
Pull the trigger and hear the motor working - watch the water leak all over the floor from the base.
Complete waste of money - time - energy.
- Other Thoughts: Normally refurbished items from NewEgg are pretty reliable - not this thing.

- Pros: None.
- Cons: The Bissell ProHeat 2X is without doubt the worst product ever produced. It breaks down every time I try to use it. It is an engineering nightmare. Even the service center can not fix it. It is a piece of useless junk that cost me $300 that I will never see again. I will not get 50 cents worth of use from this piece of junk.
- Other Thoughts: I would not recommend that anyone buy any product sold by this company. If they had 100 years they could not ever 'get it together'....

LOVE IT!
- Pros: TWO water tanks. One for clean and one for dirty water. Imagine that! I say that with some sarcasm, because my last SteamVac had ONE tank. Pretty moronic to be using the same dirty water to clean your floor. The two tank option is a MUST!
- Cons: Obviously you could not have HUGE tanks on a machine meant to be easily pushed and pulled, but would be nice if the water tanks did not need filled\emptied as often as they do. Would one cycle be too much to asked, per room? Not a deal breaker though.
