Cons: No included remote sensor - same issue as my previous review.
Had good results with previous unit, so I ordered another of these.
Unfortunately, this one arrived DOA.
No air output from exhaust.
Looked down and I can see where the squirrel cage fan looks like it's cocked.
I also see what looks like a small plastic part below it that appears to have broken free.
Newegg takes too long to process an RMA, and has no mechanism to expedite, so I called Tripplite and arranged an overnight replacement billed to our Fedex account.
Other Thoughts: This is an adequate product.
The 'spot cooling' feature is non existent, unless one is counting the hose as a 'feature.'
Real spot cooling still requires an add on sensing and control unit.
That accessory is just now hitting the reseller chain, and increases the unit cost by about 50%. If I needed that, I'd probably spend up and get a properly designed industrial unit.
This is a home portable a/c with a hose adapter.

Other Thoughts: I use these in our warehouses and locations with smaller networks. The cabinet does a great job at keeping out the dust. I put a filter over the fan and change it once a month. They are easy to mount and have plenty of room for most standard networking equipment.

Pros: Nice strong enclosure to protect your gear in non-datacenter environments. Can be completely disassembled to move it in parts, although it ships fully assembled. Panels are quick release for easily installing new gear. Has both wheels and feet, you can switch between the two by simply extending the feet beyond the wheels, no need to add or remove parts. Good cable management features. Ability to ground the whole enclosure including the doors. Comes with a floor mounting bracket initially used to bolt it to the shipping pallet. Front and back of the actual rack posts are fully adjustable within the enclosure. Grille style doors don't impede airflow. Each unit has 3 mounting holes and is numbered for easy reference.
Cons: Nearly the same price as a rack twice its size but that doesn't matter when you don't have the clearance to fit a full size rack.
Other Thoughts: Install your 1U slide-out console in the top unit and it is a comfortable height for use while standing.
One of the rear doors is shorter than the other, leaving a gap at the bottom, which I assume is to allow room for something cabling or cooling related but it is also big enough for animals like cats or raccoons to get in but that's probably not an issue in most applications

Pros: Good rack and plenty of room for future projects. Grows with you in time of upgrades and or expansions. The metal is of good quality and if you need additional screws, typical tree racks will works (make sure they are Metric).
Cons: If configured in a 22 unit rack mode, may be a little flimsy vertical. I placed additional 2x4 wooden blocks to help support the weight of network equipment.

Pros: Excellent build quality, solid construction. All the hinges are smooth, and and all the locking mechanisms are constructed well. Deep enough to fit standard length server units and have room for cabling. The removable panels and hinged rear hatch make setup and maintenance a breeze. This design deserves a 6th egg, +1 Tripp Lite, i will defiantly purchase more of these when needed.
Cons: Since this unit is meant to be mounted outside the server room more fan mounts would be nice. Also, this unit is installed in a dusty area and filter options for the mesh would have been nice. I was able to take filters out of some broken AC units and attach them over the mesh with strip magnets.
Other Thoughts: Best wall rack design i have ever encountered, easy to access, and the cons are just ideas to make it even better.

Pros: * Very stable and solid shelf right to the very end * Reasonably deep * Comes with all the necessary hardware for mounting (You might not think it's much but when you run out of screws and bolts it means a lot) * Excellent Price
Cons: Not really much, it be awesome to see this kind of strength from a 1U shelf but likely not going to happen with this depth
