Great!!!!!
- Pros: Easy to put together.
Easy to use.
Easy to maintain.
Used it in heavy snow and ripped through it with no problems!!!! - Cons: Heavy to moderate vibration on the hands and arms when using.

- Cons: Cheap parts that won't last.
Terrible customer service.
- Other Thoughts: Don't buy any Snow Joe products. Look for better quality and customer service.

died young
- Pros: Light weight, throws farther than I expected. This isn't an endorsement, read cons.
- Cons: Very noisy, didn't expect that with an electric, no noise advantage over my gas powered.
First use, 1 to2" of light powder snow, died before it got to the end of the driveway. Really strong burnt plastic smell about that time, motor burnt up. Now I have to go through the hassle of seeing how the manufacturer honors their warranty, and if I have to pay any shipping costs, will write it off as junk.
- Other Thoughts: Incredibly cheap price for any kind of blower, incredibly expensive for the use I got out of it. Guess I could save some of the hardware for other uses...

- Pros: Lightweight, handles powder snow easily, not so much heavy wet snow. Throws the lighter stuff a surprising distance.
- Cons: Very noisy, motor just screams. Stinks... burning plastic? Used it a couple times and hasn't burnt up or felt hot yet.
- Other Thoughts: Got it for a cheap backup for the gas blower, and it works fine on a couple inches of snow that seems like overkill for the bigger gas powered one. Easy to hoist up on porches, too, great for that.

Avoids admitting to all the specs...
- Pros: Seems like a nice consumer product... I would imagine it is designed to handle 2 to 4 inches of snow. No doubt not for heavy duty amounts... so probably best suited as "preventive" maintenance. Not after a snow storm hits and you need to move 6 to 18 inches. Like the previous poster... I am in New England and the listing peaked my interest.
- Cons: I work in advertising agencies... and this is typical marketing copy. They don't admit to all the details... usually your product hits focus groups. Come on, you know exactly what your product is designed to do and yet you do not list out everything up front for the consumer!
Be honest and say what this machine is intended for... sidewalks, small drive ways, 2 to 4 inches, moderately wet snow, etc.
Geez, typical moral lapse by a company!

W/ snow only the depth matters
- Pros: Electric blower, which I like.
- Cons: The only thing that really matters w/ a snow blower is how many inches deep of snow it is made to go thru in one pass. I've read the description 3 times but can't find that important piece of information. I live in the northeast were we seem to either get 2 inches or 18 inches of snow. I simply can't buy this w/o knowing how useful it will be.
- Other Thoughts: The description says both - The 16 inch clearing width means most sidewalks can be handled in one or two passes. and - Clears snow in paths 16" wide. If the stated width is 16" I'm pretty sure that very rectangular looking opening can't also be 16' high.
