Pros: 3 days worth of survival materials: - food - water - warmth - lighting - first aid
Cons: This kit has the right idea and admirable quality of putting together a self contained way to help during a zombie apocalypse. however its best intentions are fraught with some shortcomings.
1) Food & water - To outrun zombies, you needed to have plenty of stamina. 1200 calories per day is not going to help you survive if you're running, hacking, slashing and defending yourself, let alone have you ever seen an apocalypse end in 3 days? This kit should contain purification tablets to help with any water out there.
2) Warmth - The mylar emergency blanket "provides for high visibility", but if you're trying to hide from zombies and stay warm, the last thing you need is to be seen.
3) Lighting - Matches, but no flint and steel?
4) First Aid - Bandages, gauze, and alcohol but no antibiotic ointment? No pain medicine? Maybe a brief manual on how to make a proper tourniquet, splint? or deal with other first aid scenarios?
Other Thoughts: I know this kit is for some laughs, and I liked it too.

Cons: A lot of extra material. I ended up scrapping these units and making smaller strips out of them for my bursa/hip and applied it in a double-cross pattern, and that did the trick, now I'm running for miles in styles. Youtube IT band/Hip/Bursa physiotape how-to's for more details.
Other Thoughts: Great product for beginners.
