Disappointed
- Pros: Gives a fast weight.
- Cons: Very hard to see the numbers. They use black/grey. Should have used red or blue. You need to be in a well lit area to see readings. BMI numbers are displayed soooo fast, don't blink.
- Other Thoughts: I paid $20 for this scale and that is all it is worth. I feel sorry for the people that paid the full $90 that you see it advertised for. I would not buy this scale again if I could do over.

After using the scale
- Pros: Gives you good estimates of whats going on within your body. 1/2 increments on height is nice. Programming is a breeze and gives you the option of kilo's or pounds.
- Cons: All you get is estimates. Really vague ones. It will only give you your weight within .6 pounds. This isn't so bad, however the accuracy of the fat/water/muscle ratings is total fluff. Having used it for the past 6 months I can tell you this. It will tell you EXACTLY the same numbers based on the weight your are given, nothing more. It also has no back light so you have to flip a light on or use it in a bright spot.
- Other Thoughts: I consider it a waste of $20.00 and bought a $55 eat-smart scale that seems to realize that I've dropped 3 inches and put on a lot of lean muscle in that time rather than giving me the same results for 3 months straight scaled to my weight-loss exactly. I also get a light so I can actually see what's going on without straining my eyes.

Good Product - Easy to Read
- Pros: Accurate, stylish, easy to Use and set up. Numbers are large so they are easy to read.
- Cons: Small item - but the tenths decimal only displays even numbers so that a weight of 157.3 would appear as 150.2.

Good Buy
- Pros: Rainfall feature is nice, but what sets it above other cheap rainfall shower heads is the extension arm that allows you to stand directly under the shower head with room to move.
- Cons: The powerspray feature is not as good as the water-saving shower head I previously had been using.
- Other Thoughts: Overall, this is a very goo middle of the road shower head at a great price (I got it on a shellshocker for $29.99). It combines both types of heads at the flip of a switch.

- Pros: Looks great and works very well.
- Cons: Don't get me wrong... it's not really a negative but... it's weird standing on glass. Kinda likin it too.....

Gets you clean
- Pros: I love this shower head, I have used it for many years now and I have very little to complain about.
- Cons: The power spray option is kind of useless, it jets water in a small stream and restricts the flow a lot to get the higher pressure. Also the stock flow for the normal part was too little for me, I fixed this by removing the limiting washer. Nothing that is worth taking an egg off for.
- Other Thoughts: Overall great shower head. I am very happy with my purchase from Home Depot over 4 years ago. I highly recommend this for your shower.

I Like It!
- Pros: Where to start? This scale is decent! Very modern looking
Gives Measurements on:
Body Weight.
Body Fat.
Hydration (Water Weight).
Muscle Weight.
Bone Density.
Body Mass Index.
Calories.
Automatically Zeros Out (Very Nice).
Pounds or Kilos.
Step On Technology.
10 User Profiles. - Cons: None really. But, if I have to choose one it would be that you must be barefoot for all functions to work and the glass is cold. At $20 (on sale) one surely couldn't squawk about the price!
- Other Thoughts: After having bought and tested this scale, I would buy more for gifts for every member of my family (five more units) providing they bring the sale price back. I would not buy this unit at the MSRP simply because I'm cheap ... lol.
