- Pros: I would have given 5 stars as i really like this little unit...and all the extras that came with it....BUT..after 2 months...the on and off switch stopped working...I called company that sold it..they replied very quickly suggesting the mfg should be contacted...I will try that...Again it really worked well until the on/off switch failed.

SHIPPING WAY TO SLOW
- Pros: It works and wife loved it. That's about it.
- Cons: Took almost a whole week for them to ship it out was starting to get worried. not neweggs fault so I don't hold it to them was seller.
- Other Thoughts: Order arrived came with a magazine that had adult animaee stuff in it be warned.

- Pros: compact and great when it worked.
- Cons: This one must be a refurbished one that's why it was so cheap when i bought it. I'm i didn't pay the original price.
- Other Thoughts: they refund my money back instead of the RMA.

- Pros: Quick and easy great tasting coffee
- Cons: Coffee only available on Internet
- Other Thoughts: If anyone has one of these coffee makers for sale....let me know. Mine apparently burned out and I am left with 3 bags of the coffee pods. Don't know of another maker that uses the same pods. Thank you.

Great cup.
- Pros: Great little coffee maker for single user. I have had no problems with this unit.
- Cons: Really only for one person. Machine shuts down between uses to cool down. 10 minutes between cups.

- Pros: Excellent tasting coffee (Brew1--Donut Shop)
Easy to use. - Cons: Doesn't seem to get the water quite hot enough for me.
Coffee only available through the Brew1 website with an $8 shipping charge..very inconvenient.
- Other Thoughts: I absolutely love the Brew1 coffee itself. Donut Shop is awesome. Smooth coffee. The coffee maker itself has some quirks. But I only paid $20 for it on the sale, so actually I have no complaints. BUT I would have been very disgruntled if I would have paid full price for this maker.

- Pros: None
- Cons: Coffee maker simply spits out the coffee and creates a huge mess. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and the company cannot be contacted.

Good coffee maker
- Pros: Single cup brewer that does not cost an arm and a leg. Makes good coffee fast. Included reusable capsule, environmentally good choice + allows to use your favorite coffee.
- Cons: Additional coffee capsule cost about $20 on Brew1 website (not found anywhere else). If you need more than 1 cup you need to clean the capsule for reuse.
