Newegg/Deal Genius comes through
- Pros: One of the main reasons I recommend Newegg and their suppliers is their positive attempt to reconcile claims.
I previously gave a 2 egg rating to Deal Genius for an order that arrived damaged. I am amending that to 5 eggs, because the items (plastic vegetable & fruit storage containers) arrived with one unit broken and unusable. After contacting the seller, Deal Genius, through Newegg, I was credited with the cost of the damaged item. As the rest of the order preforms as stated (quite well actually), I can find no fault with either the product or the supplier at this point. And yes, there is a learning curve for snapping the lids closed. - Cons: I assume corrective action for the packaging of future orders of this item have been taken.
- Other Thoughts: Successfully resolving issues is the backbone of Customer Service.

Dissapointed
- Pros: Plastic storage containers for left overs. A bit on the large size. They are not easy to close and do not seal very well.
Really my mistake for expecting too much at such a low price. This was a dollar store item with shipping that really was not free. - Cons: Does not close easily
- Other Thoughts: Get what I paid for, a dollar store item with shipping

They work very well
- Pros: Work well in a Rival sealer. Using ready made bags offer more convienence than using rolls as long as you are happy with the fixed bag length. I have used at least 3 different brand bags in the past and these are as good or better than others.
- Cons: The only downside to using ready made bags would be cost and waste. In my case the bags were a very reasonable price which made them even less expensive than buying rolls and so far I am using the full length of the bags so there is no waste.
- Other Thoughts: I do a lot of fishing and vacuum bags are the best way to preserve frozen fish. When an offshore tuna trip cost over $500 it's nice to make those tuna steaks last for a few months.

little rickety
- Pros: It holds my dirty laundry. It was easy to put together. The price was fair.
- Cons: It is a little rickety. I tightened the screws more and it got better. The casters are the typical cheap plastic jobs with a probable short life-expectancy.
- Other Thoughts: It was meant to hold dirty laundry, and it seems to do that without complaint. When I've tried to get others to do that for me, there was always the griping and moaning to contend with. Now my house is quieter thanks to this purchase. I'd buy it again.

- Pros: Capacity
- Cons: Cheap materials one container broke on the 1st use. The desinser design is terrible the cereal gets stuck, and the flaps grind the cereal pieces into bits.

- Pros: I have always been a big fan of Lock and Lock......I used to travel a lot and needed leak-proof boxes for liquids under the new TSA rules.....and these Lock and Lock boxes are just perfect.
- Cons: After a few years, they do break.....but that is understandable.
- Other Thoughts: I wish Lock and Lock prices were not so high, but they are an oil based product, so it is understandable.

- Other Thoughts: I'm more amazed that I actually purchase an "as seen on TV" item and did not get scammed. If you watch the "real person" videos on youtube, you can see this in action. It worked for me the same as it did on these videos. I finally found something that cleans grout back to original color.
