- Pros: Chair arrived in reasonable amount of time from date of purchase and is exactly as pictured and described.
- Cons: Missing tracking number when shipped, but company called with number after being contacted -- so that was resolved quickly.

Cappuccino Coffee End Table 3-Piece Set by Coaster Furniture
- Pros: Looks good, not too bad of a price. Well packaged at factory.
- Cons: Arrived broken despite being shipped fortified like a fedreal reserve!
- Other Thoughts: The coffee table top arrived broken on the sidrail. The company was quick to respond and quick to ship me a new top. I would certainly feel safe ordering from this company again.

New Laptop USB Folding Table w/2 Cooling Fan+Mouse Pad!
VERY cheap plastic
- Pros: Fan works ok.
- Cons: Cheap, plastic joints that bend, doesnt last long
- Other Thoughts: Ive only had it a short while and used it a handfull of times. Some of the legs are falling apart and one is broken. VERY cheap plastic. Not even strong enough to hold up a small laptop, let alone a normal size. The plastic joints give way and bend. Cheap, and very disappointed. Not worth the money,

- Pros: After reading the other reviews I was nervous, but the item was delivered promptly, FedEx tracking was reliable, and the bench was just as nice as the description.

- Pros: Never had a chance to find out.
- Cons: Only order if you are in no hurry to receive the item. Spent over 10 days at shipping facility and went no where. Who knows how long it would have taken to get to me, and several phone calls did not speed up the process. I had them return to seller.

wait...really?
- Pros: Comfortable material, very functional, color is just like the picture, perfect fit for our game room! Perfect spot for a console with cupholders - gaming and movie watching just got awesome, and doubles as a guest bed in a pinch! It arrives assembled minus the feet of the futon, which you simply have to screw-in to the appropriate places. Had the product arrived in tact(see below), it would get a 4 or 5 egg review. Due to some damages, I'm not sure if a higher quality product would have survived the shipping better, or if it was just very poorly handled.
- Cons: After waiting 3 weeks for delivery (from time of order) I was disappointed to discover box had been bashed in by something and the resulting impact had RIPPED A HUGE HOLE in the main cushion of the futon, tearing out cushioning and upholstery alike.
- Other Thoughts: I will say that Home and Living's customer service department has been VERY prompt and cooperative on resolving the matter (so far) but I have to wonder why anyone would think a low-grade cardboard "box" (really have a hard time calling it that) would protect something so large from anything during transit. Just because it is a couch, does not mean it should provide it's own padding during shipping ;)
Awaiting final resolution of the issue, but excited to finally get the product in tact once it is resolved.

Microfiber Futon Sofa
Not worth it
- Pros: Comfortable to sit on, compact size, nice 'girly' color (pink)
- Cons: Not comfortable to sleep on at all, girly color (pink), price-to-quality ratio isn't good
- Other Thoughts: Delivery was about a week late. Home and Living contracts their LTL freight out to a 3rd party and they aren't the best at communication or keeping true to their time commitments.

Excellent quality
- Pros: The wood was carefully packed and protected. It looks beatiful and is very useful.
- Cons: The spring loaded hinges did not work very well when installed in the designated locations. I moved the location of the lower hinge mount and it works great. Test the hinge locations before you screw them in.
