Excellent
- Pros: Easy intuitive setup and nice form factor with reasonable decibel level. Digital information display is nice to see it's receiving commands from pc and what stage the print is in.
- Cons: Make sure you buy additional print ribbon, seems to go quickly. (or a print ribbon with other models not included). A little costly but after dealing with Fargo/HID, it's worth the additional money.
- Other Thoughts: Replaced a Fargo Persona C30e - I will never buy an HID device due to quality and support concerns.

Do not buy
- Pros: It worked once and then once in a blue moon when conditions are just perfect
- Cons: - Extremely finicky
- Jams constantly
- Ribbon gets wasted a lot when you have to open and close the lid every time it jams or ribbon gets out of whack.
- Other Thoughts: Wish someone had written a review previously. Spend a little bit more money and get a better quality product. Hopefully one someone has already reviewed
