Cons: Worst design clip I've ever seen. Broke my mount during installation.
Other Thoughts: This has the WORST clip I've ever seen, and I've been building PCs for over 20 years. It is impossible to get on. I finally managed to get one side clipped and then when trying to apply the right amount of pressure to attached the other side, it broke of the tab on the already clipped side. A heatsink should not require that much pressure to attach that the tabs break off.
My prior heatsink (stock) had a nice little lever that released the pressure. You could clip the two connectors on each side and then move the lever so that it applies equal pressure to the mount clips at once. This product's design means you have to apply the full pressure to one side while attempting to attached the other.
Not only is the clip bad, the heatsink itself is thin and easily bent. One of the outside fins was already bent when I got the item and the most outside fin (thicker than the rest) is bent inwards so that the fan doesn't properly clip onto the heatsink.
This design is again flawed. There are 2 small tabs on the inside of the fan housing that are meant to clip over the two outside fins of the heatsink. I'm assuming they felt that was all that was needed since the clips are then attached to the fan housing. The heatsink is then held in place by the pressure between the CPU and the fans plastic housing. What this means is, you can not remove the fan for cleaning without completely undoing the clips. Which then releases the heatsink. Once that is free to move, (and it will) you'll need to take it out and reapply some thermal paste. The fan should be completely separate.
This is a horribly flawed design that has now resulted in making my PC unusable. The fact that they sold this product as it is shows that they have no respect for the customer or their hardware. Please, do not buy this product unless you hate yourself.

Pros: Good Price Silent operation Easier than I thought it would be to install
Cons: Tiny Pict-o-gram instructions
Other Thoughts: This is my second build and deciding on this unit or water cooler came down to cost as the build was already $600 over budget. I figured if the temps ran high I could always switch. Well, from how the temps are running I think this will be more than enough.

Pros: Just wanted to give CM the bump they deserve. I've bought two of these coolers now and they are flawless. They fit every install I've tried (amd 8-core and intel i5) plus keep the cpu VERY cool even with overclocked settings. MUST BUY!!!!
Other Thoughts: If you're looking for a cooler that isn't liquid based, this is what you want.

Pros: Upgraded from a stock Intel heatsink... - Running about 10 degrees cooler at idle. - Running about 20-30 degrees cooler at max load. - Looks awesome.
Cons: - Horrendous installation. I need to be Goro with a second pair of arms to put it all together. - It's HUGE. I barely had room in my mid tower (Rosewill Blackbone) to fit it in. I could turn it sideways, but I don't feel like doing this installation again. As it is, it is about 1mm from my RAM. - Fan is significantly louder, but in my situation, it doesn't really matter.
Other Thoughts: I bought this thing to cool my CPU better, and it does that, exceedingly well! It's just a pain to install and a total behemoth. Make sure you understand how big the cooler is and maybe even make some measurements and understand how it installs before you buy. That aside, this is easily the best cooler on the market. Buy it.

Pros: None that I could find since it didn't work right out of the box.
Cons: 1) Dead on Arrival 2) It has those ghetto plastic clips on it which break stupid easy. These specific clips didn't break on me, but I groaned when I saw those clips. I've had other fans with the same ones and if you ever plan on removing the fan, be prepared for a fight to get it back on.
Other Thoughts: Man Newegg, why no other CPU fans for LGA 1150 >.< I'd have gone with a pricier fan than this one if I had a choice.

Pros: Bought this to replace the AMD cooler that came with my FX4350 because it wouldn't start after shutdown ... had to open case and start by hand. Installed relatively easily w/o removing the MoBo from the case. Keeps temps as low as or lower than the AMD stock cooler. My 5 case fans are louder than this cooler.
Cons: Documentation is a little lacking but figured it out in short order. The fan cage came pre-broken but not bad enough to keep it from working.
Other Thoughts: My MSI 990FXA-GD65 memory is just an gnat's eyebrow from the fan's fins but was not an issue with the install.

Pros: Looks Great, matches my phantom orange nzxt case keeps my cpu at 34-36C' steady temps barely gets close to 50' at full(really full) loads Never had a problem with Zalman, great brand
Cons: Not really a con, but heavy than most CPU fans with 2x 120mm. Be careful moving your computer around, moving the tower around without much care will break my mobo with the cpu. good thing it doesn't move in my case
Other Thoughts: Should be free cause i'm awesome
