Shipping damage
- Pros: Delicate item for shipping
- Cons: Would of looked nice if it worked
- Other Thoughts: Light was damage during shipping broken internally possibly during transport via ups . Not worth claiming due to cost of freight to return vs cost of item disappointed. It was well packed.

What the heck...
- Pros: Small and inexpensive
- Cons: After playing with every possible option on this thing I am unable to get it to print anything from the computer. It does print the self eval info. I have tried both the USB and Serial connections, I have played with port assignments and configurations all to no avail.
I do not know what to do with this thing at this point. The PC is running WIN8 setup to be a Point of Sale, the provided driver installed without a problem but that's about it.
- Other Thoughts: About to RMA this thing.

NOT A SAMSUNG!!
- Pros: it works the same as as listed
- Cons: This is not Samsung Printer its a SNBC. That's all I can find labeled on it. NEWEGG should not say its a Samsung if that not what you are going to get.
- Other Thoughts: Works well now hope it last. One egg off for not being the wrong brand.

Great for the price
- Pros: Gets the job done at a small bakery, was tricky to setup with Unicenta Opos, would not print correctly aligned in USB mode. Had to switch it to virtual com port and used epson emulation in point of sale and worked perfectly. Had to scour thru documentation to figure out how to change Memory Switch settings
- Cons: A pamphlet inside the box showing how to do memory switch and virtual com port would speed up setting up process.

Decent Point Of Ssale printer
- Pros: Easy to setup citizen had easy to find windows and opos drivers
- Cons: Wiring diagram for the 6 pin connection to the cash drawer was a bit harder to find when hooking to a APG Cash drawer but it does work when you get the cable made correctly.

Star Micronics TSP651C-24 GRY (39448210) Direct Line Thermal Label Printer (power supply & cable not included)
This printers Interface is only Parallel.
- Pros: Unit looks good and seems to be durable. The packaging was good, and at the time of purchase the power adapter was include at no charge.
- Cons: Newegg calls out the interface as: Serial, Parallel, USB, or Ethernet. This is NOT true the printer TSP651C-24 GRY sold now has a Parallel port and a r12 (for connecting to a cash draw).
Although the current parallel port is modular and changeable No other options are included.
- Other Thoughts: I am not really able to rate this printer as I have no wayt to hook it up.
*Not usable for USB or Ethernet without purchasing interface module which is sold separately.
**Also NO power adapter is included.

Do not buy!
- Pros: Supposedly compatible with existing Point Of Sale system
- Cons: Doesn't work. Installs incorrectly. Required a reinstall of Windows 7. Communication problems. Do not buy this awful printer.
