Other Thoughts: NewEgg, known for best pricing, drops the egg on this one.

Pros: Didn't actually wreck my printer, though I was worried it might require service to clean the smeared toner. Thankfully it cleaned itself.
Cons: Tried to print a picture, the image itself had jagged white areas and toner was smeared on the area outside of the image and even on the back side of the paper. Toner was smeared on the next couple of pages of regular pages as well, but thankfully there was no lasting damage to my printer.
Other Thoughts: The package was open when I received it, so I suppose it's possible that the dealer had put inkjet photo paper into the package, or maybe the paper was old and had dried out. Don't know.
Obviously I'm not going to push my luck and try another page.
Dealer ignored my RMA request so that's $25 down the drain.

Pros: Well, just the regular Canon semi-gloss paper. I like semi-gloss surface for photo paper. Colors come out nice on it. Hopefully images will last a long time, tens of years (towards 100), as Canon specifies.
Cons: Nothing so far.
Other Thoughts: I use it on a Pixma pro 100, in combination with a calibrated Dell 2711, for color accuracy. Images come out really nice. The main purpose for this paper (4x6) is as test paper before I print the photos on the same surface (semi gloss), but on 13x19 inch paper. I like the grain of the surface and I love the colors. It is also excellent for gray tones (used with the right printer).

Pros: Loads and automatically aligns just like other P-Touch labels. P-Touch Editor software is easy to use and will also automatically format the text from MS Excel to fit on the label.
Cons: All P-Touch labels use thermal paper which print with heat. The downside is no color printing and if the label is exposed to heat it will turn dark. Direct sunlight through a window does not affect them.
Other Thoughts: You have to download and install the P-Touch tools and then the drivers. If the drivers are not installed properly the round label will show up in some editor tabs and not others, will not correctly be identify or print.
It integrates easily with Excel. Every cell in Excel prints as a separate label. I copy an invoice into Excel then using the Excel concatenate command I combine the part number and description from two cells into one cell for each line item. With a single click of the P-touch icon on the Excel tool bar I get a label for each of the over 60 line items. I used to cut and paste these onto Avery label with 8 round labels each taking over an hour. I do miss having color but with the brother label printer and labels it takes only a few minutes to do a large number of labels.
