- Cons: Aluminum wire. See description, color, copper. Al is substantially softer than Cu and has lower electrical characteristics than copper.
CCA = Copper Clad Aluminum.
- Other Thoughts: Money not well spent.
Heading for this product should read, aluminum speaker wire, colored with copper cladding.

- Pros: Conductors
- Cons: This is aluminum wire. It is clad in a microscopically thin copper coating. It looks like copper wire but it is not copper wire.
- Other Thoughts: Your time is better spent looking for and using NON CCA products. Copper Clad Aluminum = CCA

- Pros: Conductors
- Cons: Aluminum wire, with a microscopically thin copper cladding. Seems attractive, but really is sub optimal.
- Other Thoughts: Buy copper wire. You do not have time to deal with the shortcomings of CCA.

- Pros: Great quality on the cheap!
- Cons: None
- Other Thoughts: I'm just using it to run a pair of surrounds, nothing extravagant. For medium/large sized or front/stage speakers, pitch the penny and get a larger gauge.

standard stuff
- Pros: This is your standard run-of-the-mill speaker wire.
-It feels sturdy
-it was inexpensive
-it came in a very neatly wound coil with twist-ties holding it in place.
-one of the wires has an external stripe so you can differentiate between positive and negative. - Cons: none... though it is not immune to vacuum cleaners
- Other Thoughts: You will have to slice it yourself, strip it yourself, splice it yourself.
It does not have any type of connector, it's just simple speaker wire.
