Pros: Seem to be very strong and don't bend if you throw them around

Cons: Clips can be bent with force

Love this item NewEgg.

Pros: Upholds Most Weight, Has a View Feature.

Cons: Can't Use With Most Sheet Protectors.

Other Thoughts: I love this item because when I need to profile away all of my paperwork by topic, it keeps the papers staying parallel with the bottom of my file cabinet.

I use this to file away items that pile up under certain criteria such as cookbook recipes and handouts from others.

The only downside is that I can't find a way to use sheet protectors with it without having them hitting the file cabinet drawer's bottom. I can use paper side 3-hole-punched sheet protectors with it, but the paper itself would be punched if it used it.
