Pros: This is a strong, smooth tabletop, but the self-edge is ugly, like a cheap kitchen counter. This table will get the job done, but it's not a gorgeous showpiece.
Cons: The construction of this tabletop requires you to screw in 8 screws into very hard laminate. No pre-drilled holes, so this is pretty exhausting. The tabletop is heavy, and UPS damaged mine. The self edge is just a piece of the veneer wrapped around the side of the table, so it looks cheap, and will probably come off eventually. On the other hand, it didnt cost a lot compared to the other tables out there - though I feel like the price is easily 10x the cost of it's manufacture.
Other Thoughts: The table is durable and gets the job done. If you want something to really impress people, you probably have to spend more, but if it's for some specific purpose, it works. You can probably stand on this table if you put it together well. Should easily last 6-7 years as long as you dont abuse it.
