Pros: The hooks provide a clean look to a cubical wall. They are also better than "over the wall" hooks which might interfere with you office mates. They are also very strong plastic.
Cons: The hooks have one flaws. The hook (U Shape) is too narrow (thin). Only the smallest (very thin) items will fit on the nook. I have two headsets and both were too big to slide down into the hook. My headsets are sitting on at the top of the hook (which works), but would have preferred they settled all the way down. I tried to bend them wider, but they are too solid. Any more force might break them.
Other Thoughts: If you need to wall mount something that is very thin (1/8 inch), then these would be great. Both my headset are about 1/4 inch.

Pros: Nice metal construction of the hook.
Cons: The whole huge metal thing is held over the cubicle wall by a tiny plastic clip which will break the first time you remove a coat from the hook.
TERRIBLE DESIGN FLAW.
