Does not fit a standard keg
- Pros: Looks good, easy to assemple
- Cons: Internal dimensions are incorrect. This unit is only 15 ½ inches deep, not 20 as indicated because of the compressor that takes up 4 ½ inches of the bottom of the unit. It will not fit a standard keg which is 16 1/8th deep. Also, hidden in the fine print is the fact that Living Direct will not accept a return unless in the original packaging (now torn apart in the unpacking process) and you must pay return shipping AND a 15% charge-back for the original shipping. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT or from this company.
- Other Thoughts: Internal dimensions should state the USABLE dimensions, not the physical dimensions. A kegerator should fit a standard keg, not a good design.

Shipping SUCKS
- Pros: For the price you can't beat this fridge.
- Cons: Do not order this if you need a fridge anytime before christmas. The shipping they use is AIT who SUCKS big time. Expect a 12+ day shipping process and even when they have it at a "local terminal" you'll still have to wait 2+ days before the local company they use to ship it has a route to your city. Great fridge but they need to change their shipping provider to prevent frustration before even getting it.

Good price; not so good service
- Pros: When complete, this is the ideal kit to stack your LG washer and dryer.
- Cons: The package often comes with missing parts. I tried two times to get a complete set, and I finally had to give up due to poor customer service.
- Other Thoughts: It is probably best to stick to suppliers who are in the appliance business for this particular item.

Not perfect, but a good deal
- Pros: Good temperature for drinks
At max cold, drinks get a slight slushy ice in them (aka it's cold)
Great price (although it was half off when I got it)
Quiet - Cons: Freezer exists (and it's not cold enough, although I have it on 6 instead of 7 (the coldness))
The spacing is odd, as I can't stand cans up in some places
The rack in the middle is kind of bad for holding cans
No light inside
The door doesn't hold bottles or cans very well, and often they fall out
- Other Thoughts: I don't really think a freezer inside of it is even necessary, and would rather have more space, along with a light.
I'll probably end up buying a LED strip and hook up my own light inside of it.

Excellent Value
- Pros: Quiet. Maintains 0 degrees fahrenheit when thermostat is set to midpoint. Has one removable basket. Freezer seal is air tight. Arrived via United Parcel Service in 3 business days.
- Cons: Shipping box needs to be thicker with freezer surrounded by thicker styrofoam My freezer arrived with several dings in the sheet-metal freezer exterior that have no effect on freezer operation.
- Other Thoughts: Excellent value.

The best of the compacts
- Pros: Everything... Just a perfect compact fridge in every conceivable way.
- Cons: None whatsoever.
- Other Thoughts: I got mine as a 'scratch & dent' special. Still haven't found that darn dent, or the scratch either! It looks as good as it works. I've had mine since May of 2010, and it has performed flawlessly. I cannot recommend this highly enough. EdgeStar is a high quality product. Get one and I promise you will not be disappointed!

In a word, "Excellent"
- Pros: I have the big brother (two-drawer) to this. It is, quite simply, a superb product exceeding expectations across all categories. The energy-draw, in particular, pleases; its actually measured usage (by wattage meter) beggars belief.
The use of interior space evinces design engineering well and truly informed by real-world use -- would that more products did so. The "crisper" drawers's temperatures/humidity can be independently and accurately modulated. The doors's compartmentalizing is flexible and excellent in both capacity and utility. The interior structure is such as to facilitate a wide range of useful configurations which can be readily altered to meet changing needs. Post-Thanksgiving turkey, anyone?
I would, however, suggest using a capacious, external inlet waterline filter to obviate having to roll this thing around too often. While its rollers are adequate to the task, neither svelte nor agile springs to mind as descriptor.
Pros continued under, "Other." - Cons: NONE, except that I bought my refrigerator elsewhere at an, effectively, FAR higher price. (Yes, I adjusted my price paid on a same-to-same model comparison.)
Okay, this is hearsay: I understand that Samsung's customer service can be appallingly bad. That said, I have a plethora of Samsung products across a wide range of their product lines: three SSD's, 38 2-TB hdd's, three 23" monitors, induction stove-top/oven, dishwasher (uber-quiet!), microwave, external DVD-burner, DVD-player, HDTV-DVR, et cetera.) None of these has ever suffered so much as the slightest hiccup; I sorely doubt that this refrigerator will prove different. Okay, Samsung, one shouldn't have to choose between "engineering" and "customer service." Forced to so choose, I'll take excellent engineering every time.
- Other Thoughts: Pros continued:
It's marvelously quiet; there are neither "hums" nor "rattles" of any kind. Its exterior is easy to maintain, though I'm not overly attentive, as evidenced in the photo (edit: Sorry, NewEgg won't accept still photos). On that point, I should think that this "Smooth" skinned version would likely prove even easier.
Presuming reasonable back vent space ("chimney," I stipulated three inches), one can frame this refrigerator quite tightly on sides and top while maintaining adequate air flow for energy efficient operation.
Buy it. I'm certain that you'll be delighted that you did.
