not bad
- Pros: It heats up very nice and cooks well.
Some items can be cooked inside house (items that do not smoke much). - Cons: You have to take it apart to properly clean it.
I do not know how many times taking it apart to clean will work before something breaks.
The bottom fills with grease and oil and will if full enough leak thru the screw holes, the cover plate under the burner is a pita to clean esp. around the burner legs.
Cord could be a couple feet longer.
- Other Thoughts: I bought this being single and wanting to get away from frying foods, and figured in the long run it would be cheaper then a charcoal grill (having to buy charcoal - $8 for cheap stuff a bag, lighter fluid all the time and then storing it in my small trailer).
The grease/oil can flame up on you.
I covered the burner plate with tin foil and it made cleaning a little easier, but where the grease/oil run thru it still bakes on.
Note: You can not cover much of the main grill because the burner will not turn on properly because of the thermostat reading the heat between the burner plate and the tin foil.
You can cover about 2/3's of it leaving the area above thermostat uncovered.
Also I did not even install the warming rack at all. I can only see using it if you cook the whole time with lid open.

Awesome Design
- Pros: Pros: 1- Slight angle of the bottom grill pad allows unhealthy fat to drain into the reservoir
2- Black color shows far less heat discoloring over long term useage
3- Grill pads lock into place
4- Grill pads are removable for easy cleaning
5- Replacement grill pads are available through Hamilton Beach
6- Top hinge (centered) is heavily made and very wide for added durability - Cons: Cons: 1- The teflon coating which eventually peels
2- Meats placed close to the reservoir take longer to cook since the slot in the bottom grill for grease/fat drainage acts as a vent allowing heat to escape
3- Like to see a digital timer replace the current manual knob
- Other Thoughts: Overall design is of good quality. I used to charcoal grill, but after using this baby I have see the light (electric,) It is easy to use and far easier to clean than charcoal cooker. There is nothing like a tender steak ready in 10 minutes or less!!

Not a bad grill, if you keep it in the garage.
- Pros: This is a good price for a grill of this size.
The grease trap is pretty easy to clean (except for under the heat-shield)
The side-burner is nice to have.
The door for the propane keeps things a bit nicer. - Cons: The knobs are useable, but very lightweight.
The design of the lid is not very good, and the metal handle conducts heat to your hands rather nicely.
The top rack does not receive even heat.
The heat dispersal is very uneven, causing flare ups and cold areas. lava-rock and eventually ceramic tiles helped this a bit.
The following may all be related to the grill being left out on the back deck in the rain:
The lid does not protect the inside of the grill from weather. I had taken this for granted with a much smaller and cheaper gas grill that took about 6 years for me to replace. That grill is still in use by a friend and is working like a champ.
The "ceramic" coat on the grates wore away very quickly. The metal beneath that rusted away after about a year.
The gas guides and other bits of metal rusted away shortly after that. This includes the bits of metal that hold in the grate, which renders the grill useless until i can weld in something to replace those bits.
The igniter also stopped working after about a year.
- Other Thoughts: It was nice while it lasted.

Awesome
- Pros: -Build Quality -Durability -Perfect Size for choice of quick meal or entertaining -Heats fast -Eye Candy -Natural Gas
- Cons: None so far. I guess if anything, it could utilize the cabinets better for storage.
- Other Thoughts: I recommend buying a Ducane vinyl cover for weather protection. It just looks so nice.

Grillin At its best!!!
- Pros: Very thrifty on the propane usage, with two tanks we live in Florida, and grill 2-3 times a week year round. This unit heats up fast and cooks from the inside out so even chicken is juicy and cleanup is a snap, just turn it to clean while you eat and it bakes the unit clean.
We have done a full cleaning just once where we took the grills off and the reflector pan, that is a once a year job and it is easy.
If you like the Smokey feature no problem add hickory chips and you have real cookout flavor. Steaks just dip in olive oil and use salt and pepper sear flip every five minutes perfect every time. - Cons: Set up seems tough at first, but take your time and just lay it out first on the flattened box get containers for the little parts, plan to spend at least 40 min to an hour putting it together, do not rush it, get someone to help, extra hands make it fly.
- Other Thoughts: This unit lured me away from charcoal and hands down beats charcoal for taste, ease of use, speed of cooking, and most importantly the food tastes great EVERY TIME. My teens are even cooking for their friends with success, we have even reheated pizza wrapped in foil, I wish I had gotten one year’s earlier, I am done my charcoal cooker and all that charcoal mess, what a waste of time that was, with the Charbroil it is "Hey what’s for dinner? How about steak!" No big deal 15 minutes later you are sitting down at the table, instead of waiting for charcoal to be ready, this can't be beat!

Had to throw it away
- Pros: Uhhhh it was cheap?
- Cons: Cover warped after 5 uses, wouldn't close had to put bricks on it. Interior rusted away within 2 years, had to throw it in the trash. This was not abused, just grilled chicken & burgers and kept it in the garage, never in the weather.
- Other Thoughts: I got what I paid for.

basic grill
- Pros: cheap, basic grill, does what it's supposed to.
- Cons: Walls are thin so temps don't really go up unless you close the lid. I prefer to grill with the lid open, but to each his own I guess....
- Other Thoughts: Instructions are a @#$ joke, and that's coming from someone who's been disassembling car/motorcycle engines for years...
Had to remove legs and switch them, no indication whatsoever that they are NOT the same....
