- Pros: has 4 slots so you can make twice the toast, bagels, frozen waffles, etc instead of having to wait for 2 pieces to get finished before making 2 more...also has a button to push to extend the toasting time for frozen items...it has a cancel button if you want to go ahead and remove your item if you don't want it toasted longer and each button has a blue light to let you know where the one you want is.
- Cons: doesn't have any except the space it takes on your counter but if you want 4 slices of something toasted at once, it's worth the counter space being taken
- Other Thoughts: i love this little toaster, it has 2 push down handles for each 2 slots so you are not heating the other 2 if nothing is in them which actually saves on electricity being used unnecessarily.

worked great for almost 3 years
- Pros: Worked really well for the nearly three years that it did function. We bought it on sale at a great price. The bagel option was nice and worked well. Like every toaster I've ever used, using it to toast several things in a row required turning the setting down a little after the first one to get results consistent to the first toasting since the elements are already hot (so toast a waffle at 3 when cold, 2.5 for following batches). Never had to use a setting above 3, would be black by the time it finished.
- Cons: Stopped functioning after 2 years 10 months. Dismantling for postmortem required security torx which I luckily have, and considering how non-serviceable and electrically exposed the internals are probably not a bad call. Mechanically the toaster was fine, if you held the handle down it still toasted, but the latch no longer held the lever down and the toast would pop up if not held down. There is an electromagnet that holds that latch shut normally, but either the circuit board controller or the electromagnet were no longer functioning. I didn't bother tracing leads and trying to diagnose further, the chips being soldered in place (it is marked on the board as not having lead so that is positive) I knew even if I figured out all the circuits it isn't like I was going to replace it. Had been hoping it was a simple mechanical issue I could resolve without a ton of effort. Putting the toaster back together is also very tricky. I'd say it is not user serviceable unless you're EE inclined.
- Other Thoughts: I liked this toaster. I wish it had lasted even longer, but I guess that's what I paid for (not much).

Lasted 6 months
- Pros: When it was working it was okay. .
- Cons: 6 months and it was done. Ended up having a problem where the coils would no longer work.

Bring this toaster back Oster
- Pros: Nice looking appliance with handy features. Wide slots. Bagel setting toasts on one side only. Toast, Bagel, Frozen and keep warm button controls with a cancel button. Easy to keep clean. Liked it so well I gave some as gifts.
- Cons: I have read other reviewers tell of marks that appear on the sides after use and a few complaints it failed fast but not my experience. It has a lot of stainless steel but also a band of plastic around the base. If you don't touch the SS you can keep it new looking for a long time. I just touch the base and mine looks almost new.
- Other Thoughts: I really can't believe I am reviewing a toaster but hey. I have had a lot of them and this one is good. I hate it when I find a good product only to see the company abandon it. Oster no longer lists this model on it's site but does list a four slice Inspire.

Died in 10 months
- Pros: features,price was ok,
- Cons: it just died after only 10 months of hardley ever using it
- Other Thoughts: this was my 1st t-fal product and most likely my last my last black and decker toaster was about 10 years old and was just ugly thats why i got this one NEVER AGAIN T-FAL

Not sure if working correctly
- Pros: Works great. Nice big slots. purchased because my parents had a similar model which worked very well.
- Cons: On the lowest setting it is burning my toast. This so far is the only downfall.
- Other Thoughts: If I had a do over i would get a different model.

Oh man YOUR toast!
- Pros: Nice toasting settings, cancel and reheat buttons.
- Cons: It does not mint gold.
- Other Thoughts: We've had a lot of bad toasters over the years but this is a nice unit. Not too expensive and it's very well made.

Toasts unevenly, broke after a few years.
- Pros: Lets you lift the handle to help reach smaller pieces of toast, attractive design.
- Cons: Toasts one side of the bread significantly more than the other,cool-to-the-touch exterior has a top portion that gets blazing hot, elements fail after a few years.
- Other Thoughts: I had high hopes for this toaster, being a Cuisinart & all, but regretted this purchase almost from the get-go. Out of the four slots only the rightmost slot toasts evenly, the rest are pretty much useless if you like your toast the same on both sides. On some breads, like ciabatta, it will incinerate one side while leaving the other side barely brown. I actually came to Newegg today to shop for a replacement since one element has gone completely dead after a few years.
