Cons: I used this product for 6-month now and inside of stainless pot shows rusted spots. The temperature won't keep up. Just waste of money. I used Panasonic pots which can last about 10-year on average, usually replaced by failing rubber seals.

Other Thoughts: I usually overheat my coffee before I put it in one of these. A few hours later it is just barely hot enough. Not with this one. 4 hours later it still burnt my tongue. Had to add water to it to cool it off. Finally got one that works as well as the old vacuum bottles did.

Pros: Inexpensive compared to other similar products.
Cons: • Smaller than it appears. Photo is taken with a small water bottle to make the unit appear larger. • Chemical plastic taste persisted after multiple flushings, mostly gone after 3 or so months. • Emptied itself over the carpet last night • Customer service number is not in service
Other Thoughts: Owned for about 8 months. Came into work today to find this thing sitting in a puddle of water. The water bottle had been about a quarter full last night and was now empty. Bottle and upper portion of the unit was hot to the touch. Had the water bottle had been full this would have been a catastrophe. Seller's phone number as listed on their website and on newegg is out of service. Caveat emptor, this unit is cheap for a reason.

Pros: - Keeps drink cold for hours - Doesn't leak when closed - Locking lid to prevent accidental opening - Smaller footprint fits in a standard cup holder
Overall the best water bottle I've used, has a quality look and feel to it. Also like that you can completely disassemble the lid to clean if needed. I haven't tried a hot beverage in it yet, but says it will keep drinks hot for 6 hours. I've had ice stay frozen in it for at least 12 hours.
Other Thoughts: More colour options?

Other Thoughts: I read the other reviews and thought I should add instructions on how to use these type of pots. It's NOT a cooking appliance for anything other than water. It's not meant to be emptied. Once filled up and plugged in. The unit runs automatically keeping the temperature at the preset temperature of the boil point. The only time the pot is opened is when it requires filling and on a monthly schedule to soak the liner in a 50/50 solution of water / vinegar to help descale the pot. The inner pot is tin with a stainless steel coating which makes the price of this pot come down. The original Tiger brand version of this pot is usually x3 to x4 the current price of this pot, which makes this cheaper version a good deal at this price point. The pot will only rust if you let it dry out with the lid opened once unplugged. Or if you scrub the inner liner thus removing the stainless steel plating.
