Prefect trainer
- Pros: Fits 24" tires, easy to install, easy to move around, great value for the money
- Cons: Have to keep getting off to adjust to taste. Because its supported in the back you would find getting on and off a difficult without a stool
- Other Thoughts: Hesitated to buy in the past because ALL other sites said would only fit 26" tires and higher. I am short and use 24" and it fit fine. No adjustments to bike or trainer needed. The resistance wheel meets the tire when dialed all the way up. You need a front wheel block, I made my own from a few pieces of wood, liquid nails, screws and foam to prevent slipping (cheaper than those sold in stores/online)

Total Body Foam Roller System
Dont you fall into the trap
- Pros: Foam Roller, It is infact foam, and it does infact roll.
- Cons: This is inexpensive looking, and feeling. the mat, is very lightweight foam material, not a high density foam. Also please pay attention to the length of this roller, 20 inches makes it an ackward length for many PT exercises. There are many a foam roller on this very site, in a similar price range that seem to be of better quality

- Pros: I made the mistake of leaving this out once and the dogs got a hold of it, running it around the house...needless to say, I'm still using it.
